I spoke with the detail manager on Aug 28, 2024 about the price of a full detail. He asked to see the car. I brought the car back the next day at 11:15 am and was told he was in the break room having lunch and to come back in 20 minutes. When asked if that was ok, I said no. My reasoning was I had made the attempt to meet him and he was too lazy to get up and take a minute to eye ball the vehicle and decide if it was in the medium or large car price range. I guess they are making so much money that they don't need new business or positive reviews. I won't be back.

Took my car yesterday. Outside looked ok. They got black stuff on my back up camera and I couldn’t see through it. Inside, they never wash the inside of my back windows and my cup holder and the spot under my emergency brake still has gunk like they didn’t wipe them down.

They told me they were under new management so I gave them a try and they did a great job cleaning my truck!! Also they were very busy with backed up vehicles although they had lots of workers so the wait time was not too bad.

I was hoping the new ownership would do better. Save us a trip to EDH since we are 5 minutes from the place. Crew was polite and did a decent job EXCEPT they didn't even touch the inside of the rear window and that's something you don't catch till the sun is behind you. This was my wife's car and I was hoping to take my truck there but I guess I'll head for the hills of El Dorado.

Very slow service, missed many spots across the truck. Noticeable streaks that I cleaned off once home along with missing the back window. Not worth the price.

I’m happy to write about the hard workers at Carizma auto spa. My car looks beautiful inside and out. I’m happy I found them in Cameron Park, I just moved down the road from them. I will be back, next time I will have them detail my car. Thank you Carizma for your wonderful service. Lorraine

Dishonest place. I paid (way too much) for an oil change, they take the car for 45 minutes, and didn’t even change the oil. Next month I’m getting tires rotated at a good shop and the shop tells me the oil is super dark and needs to be changed ASAP. This place just took my money and lied to my face

If i could give this place zero stars i would. One they charge and arm and a leg for an oil change and a car wash. The car wash was not even good. It was awful. Then on top of it. They stole all my change out of my car that i keep in there. Of course I've tried calling and can't get thru. But i hope no one ever takes their car here.

Great value for their top tier wash. Under $50 and includes a bit of detailing you would have to pay extra for elsewhere.

OWNER/MANAGEMENT ARE STEALING FROM CUSTOMERSThis place used to be amazing but has fallen off hard the last 2 years. A decline in workmanship is one thing but they charged me for 5 extra quarts of oil today and when I pointed it out, the manager lady lied to my face about why the charges were valid. While I was waiting inside the owner went out of his way to tell me he overheard my confusion about the bill and wanted me to know they don't even mark the oil up. They're so nice that they sell it at their cost to save the customers money.When my car is done and I go to pay the final bill there has been another $5 fee tacked on to the already absurd $147 for a synthetic oil changeAfter going thru the bill line by line with the manager and her attempts to move the goalposts being unsuccessful, she finally gave up on the lie. Instead of charging me the correct amount she just said "well, mechanic shops are legally allowed to mark up oil ??♀️"Based on how effortlessly they lied and shifted their arguments so smoothly when shown their "mistakes" this is very likely an ongoing scam they run on any car that needs more than 5 quarts of oil (the amount included with the $95 rate for a synthetic oil change)Of course they are allowed to charge whatever they want but they are required to be transparent and honest about the prices. They committed actual fraud today.In my opinion they are preying on people who are either not paying attention or math isn't their strong suit.You two, the dark haired male owner and blonde manager woman, are dishonest scammers and should be ashamed of yourselves
