Helpful and friendly staff. Not half as busy as other locations.

I give only 5 stars because those employees who work at this branch are courteous and attentive. When it is my turn I am given their full attention to handle my transaction. It appears everything including banking will ultimately end up online. Branches, if kept open, will always be understaffed.

I don't have bank account at this branch or even in Bank of America, but i used their's ATM machine several times to get some money for my dad, ATM machine and buttons was very clean, I do Business & Personal account at Chase Bank and every time i visit chase ATM's, buttons was super dirty specially during COVID19.
