Fitness For Life is great! My wife and I could not help but envy our daughter when she began personal training sessions with Colleen Juarez, so we signed up as well. We are so glad we did! Colleen is kind, attentive, accommodating, supportive without going too easy, and all-around really good at what she does. She began our work together by asking appropriate questions to help her put together routines that would fit our individuals needs. As we undertook the exercises, she paid close attention, making adjustments as needed and then shifting things up over time. Colleen was always prepared to work around or through any tightness, pain, or tenderness. She pushed us, but also cheered us on. We both definitely sensed the ways our time with Colleen helped us during the tough pandemic months. Indeed, we appreciated her personal training so much that, as work now takes us out of town, we are still planning to continue working with her.

My husband and I started going to Colleen about 3 months ago. My husband is having ongoing health issues and I was initially going to be supportive, but that changed very quickly and I was all in. Colleen is amazing...knowledgeable, understanding, progressive, encouraging and able to get results in a seemingly short time. It is something I hope we're able to continue for as long as possible. It's made a world of difference not just physically but mentally as well. Colleen changes things up each session so it always feels a little different and challenging. Very adaptable to her clients needs.

I found Fitness For Life to be a wonderful enviornment for woman of my age to feel comfortable no matter what shape they are in. Colleen is very knowledgeable and really cares about helping each and every client with the best training for their needs.

I've been working out with Colleen Juarez for quite some time now in an attempt to strengthen my neglected body and she's a great trainer. Her studio is a new addition to Cambria and she not only offers personal training but several classes as well, including yoga, pilates, and tai chi for only a $10 drop-in fee. She has brought some great local talent in to teach the classes so there is something for everyone.
