ITSY!!!! she is the absolute best employee. I hope they know what they have in her. She goes out of her way to let me know when they have sales and lets me know when all new items are in!!! She’s wonderful if I owned the store, she would be a manager regional! Love my heels btw

This store is run very weirdly. I went in a few months ago, and was trying on a whole bunch of clothes. There were 2 clerks in the store. In the middle of it, the clerk who was helping me told me they were taking a break at 1, meaning I had to hurry it up. She was nice about it, but I thought that was strange; why one doesn't take a break, followed by the other is beyond me. They take weird breaks in the middle of the day for over an hour, and close the store, which is so bad for business. The other day, I was in the area, and dropped by the store, only to see they weren't coming back till 3:30 and it was 2:00. I called right now, after it's supposed to be opened, and no one picks up. I hesitant to go all the way up there from where I live, an hour away, just to see that they're closed. I'd hate to see this store go b/c they need to close in the height of traffic, and don't open on time, but I feel this store won't last if this continues.

0 stars. The worst customer service personnel at this location. He didn't open on time and when he finally opened the store he just unlocked the door and kind of pushed the door open a crack. No good morning, no warm welcome. I was standing in line with 3 other women waiting for it to open and we were all not pleased and put off by it. I asked the CS person if they sell scarves and I got a very short and annoyed, "They're over there." I left without buying anything even though there were really good deals. I just ordered online. Customer service is so important, it makes or breaks a business.
