So glad I found this place! After a family trip to Germany (and many more as a young man and child), I was searching for a place to get Leberkase and Fleischwurst for Wurst Salat. I drove down and picked some up and was very impressed! The flavor and everything was spot on and incredible. Was very nice to meet the butcher as well. I'll be back for more soon!

Youbite is truly one of the businesses that help make living in Camarillo great. Yes, those are strong words. I don't know what they do to their bacon and sausages to make them so tasty, but they are.The sausages, mind you, are overwhelmingly seasoned or anything - it's just the purity of flavor that makes it so, so good. If you are cooking a recipe that calls for sausage, if you truly want to impress your dinner guests (or yourself) at home, trust me - head to Youbite. Sure, it'll cost a bit more than some grocery store bacon, but it'll take your dish to a high level.If planning meat on the menu, you must go to Youbite!

(Translated by Google) Very good for German sausage in America. Not quite traditional, but still tastes great. The Leberkäs is made from turkey and doesn't have the traditional pork and beef flavor but is still good. The Nurnberg are not traditional Nuremberg bratwurst, but small white sausages, but as such they are quite good. I liked the Rhinelanders the best. Good smoky and very flavorful.As a German who also lives here in California and makes German sausage and ham myself, I can still recommend this shop. All good quality and taste right too.Five stars!(Original)Sehr gut für deutsche Wurst in Amerika. Zwar nicht ganz traditionell, schmeckt aber trotzdem super. Der Leberkäs ist aus Truthahnfleisch gemacht und hat nicht den traditionellen Schweine und Rindfleischgeschmack, aber ist trotzdem gut. Die Nurnberg sind keine traditionellen Nürnberger Bratwürste, sondern kleine Weiswürste, aber als solche recht gut. Mir haben am Besten sie Rheinländer geschmeckt. Gut rauchig and sehr gut gewürzt.Als Deutscher der auch hier in Kalifornien wohnt und selber deutsche Wurst und Schinken macht, kann ich dieses Geschäft trotzdem empfehlen. Alles gute Qualität und im Gechmack auch recht.Fünf Sterne!

Spotless working area produced First rate Products.
Only found recently, but after shopping there for the 3rd time can also confirm consistently excellent quality.
Only draw back: Labels are printed using a font size challenging to older guys like me. Leberkäs is void of instruction / recommended finishing method

If you like sausage and are picky about what's in it you'll want to try Youbite sausage company products. I first bought from her at our local farmers market and haven't been disappointed. Every time we serve her sausages to guests they too are impressed and want to know where to buy. If you're not near a farmers market she sells at, you can buy from her shop in Camarillo where you can actually watch the sausage making process yourself. I served her pepper bites as a last min appetizer recently and everyone gobbled quickly. Going back for more this Thursday.

I usually but their product at the Santa Clarita farmers market. Everything I've tried has been delicious and I want to try more of their products.I recently discovered they are on Instagram and they posted a pic of a special roast they were offering for Easter so I decided to try it and I am extremely glad I did!It was a pork roast with spices on the outside and peppers and onions inside.Came with cooking instructions and a recipe to follow using some other ingredients to make a sauce . I just roasted it with some potatoes in the pan. The roast was tender and flavorful . I gave some to my neighbor who lives by herself and can be somewhat picky. She called me after she ate wanting to know where I got it and to let her know if I got it again.The pepper bite sausages they sell are delicious as well . I've used them in breakfast burritos and in my version of jambalaya . They have a nice kick and great flavor .There is another thing I've gotten that are fully cooked littleSnack stick style onesBut the name escapes me. I definitely want to branch out and try more items

Picked up a package of jalapeño cheddar bratwurst for fun at the farmers market in Thousand Oaks and we have been hooked ever since! I saw a few reviews say it's a little pricey but it's worth every penny. It's quality that you can taste. We went to their storefront in Camarillo and had a chat with one of the owners. She was delightful. She educated us on the different types of bratwurst and a little bit about how they started their business. I cannot recommend this place enough!

First-class sausage made right here in Camarillo by folks who care about their product and their customers. I recently moved to the Northwest and didn't find anything close to the quality and flavor you find at YouBite, so I ordered some. The owner made certain that my shipment was delivered on time and in great shape. Very thankful, very satisfied customer.
