This was a truly disturbing experience and we will NEVER let COLLEEN TOUCH OUR FAMILY or anyone else at Woof Pack EVER! We have been regulars here for over a year. We do not have children, and dedicate our lives to rescuing animals, especially dogs, especially huskies. We have four total VCAS dogs; our three huskies were all rescued as adults. They are so great and we have been working with the day in and day out to help them feel safe, loved, and trusting. Colleen just went to town on us, and one of our dogs. Screaming, hand waving, finger pointing, the whole juvenile 9 yards. I have no idea what we could have possibly done to be treated like this, no one deserves to walk into a place and get screamed at. Really wild accusations and assumptions. I wish we hadn't left him there. I would never have subjected our previously abused dog to this. They are supposed to call when your dog is done. She didn't. She was so rough, and aggressive, with his whole groom, it was super obvious at pick up when his 70 pound ass tried to jump in my arms; mind you he's had NOTHING BUT RAVE REVIEWS FROM YOUR SHOP. So, she left him in the crate after we told her he has been previously abused, some of it in crate form; She waited to call. She stressed him out to the point that he SHIT in the crate. Something he has NEVER done since being at the pound for months on end. She finally calls me to yell some more and blame Luckys shitting in the crate on me! I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for the call for over an hour. We tried to reach out and rectify the situation, to no response. Thank you for that Maddie, really shows ownership. We will never be taking any of our dogs here for more ANIMAL ABUSE!!! See their FB page for the full story.

Juno and Homer love the Woof Pack. The Woof Pack employees are helpful and always remember my pups names. To top off a good mail clipping and bath, Juno and Homer always come home with spiffy scarfs.

This is a top notch place for a reasonable price!!The team does amazing work here and have been super flexible dealing with annoying circumstances. They were able to squeeze me in for my dog's first appointment and did a beautiful job. They have endured multiple inconveniences from myself and my dog (nervous peeing, random pooping before/after her bath when she ate bad food that morning, requesting an early pickup). Even with all this, they still provide the same fantastic job despite the challenges we bring, treat myself and my dog great, and allow us to keep coming back to them. The customer service is worth more than 5 stars.My dog Mirage has a double coat that I have a hard time deshedding at home, but when we first came in after wintertime, they sent her home with me with such a thin beautiful shiny summer coat. Mirage always smells amazing and stays so soft and fluffy for weeks after a groom here (even when we forget to brush her ourselves). They know what they're doing! Note: Just a heads up that they do charge a late fee if you at 10+ mins late since it does mess up their schedule, so be on time!

I am so glad I found this grooming salon for my cat!! They are great! They were very experienced with cats thankfully! I have been searching for years for a cat groomer with no luck. I happened to ask my dog groomer in Camarillo (whom I also highly recommend - Kate's Pet Makeover on Daily Drive) if she knew anyone that groomed cats and I lucked out! Highly recommend.. My cat was relaxed and not stressed afterwards. His haircut is so cute... She went above and beyond taking care of my little boy..

This was our 1st time here with our dog. We rescued her from the animal shelter so she's been a little skiddish around new people but Maddie and Katie did a great job and our new pooch looks and smells great! Thank you ladies for taking such good care of our fur baby. We will definitely be back!

These folks are just fantastic. They all love their work and the pets that get placed in their care. My dog looks amazing and is well cared for the whole time. They are popular so plan ahead - but a great group. Recommend them without reservation. That's saying a lot seeing how this is my furbaby we're talking about!

This place is awesome for washing my Doodle. Doodle gets high anxiety and he's really strong. Bad combo for grooming. They do a great job making sure any fleas are removed and they trim his butt. He smells so good and they give him a cute bandana at the end. I highly recommend them!

Great with our dog! He can be a bit tender-footed and fussy but they work with him so well and he comes back looking great and happy everytime!

Shampoo and de-fur for one of our cats. He smelled great after! He even came home with a bandanna tied around his neck. They're going to have fun with our other cat. He always let's you know when unhappy.

i only write this as a warning to those who are looking for a new groomer. I was in that category a few months ago after my favorite groomer of all time decided to retire. I was in a panic because I have two high maintenance dogs that require that special combination of TLC and grooming skills. My dog walker recommended the Woof Pack and I was thrilled. Great location, good reviews. What a disappointment! At first I thought the icy treatment from the staff would thaw, but no luck. All my questions about the pups (styling, health) were met with impatience and resentment- God forbid you question. However, more worrisome, was the treatment of the dogs. Not only did they return home stressed and depressed, but the actual grooming was always weirdly out of whack (lopsided cuts, bald spots, etc.). The final insult were the add-ons: $15 for extra brushing(!). Never have I paid so much for so little service. When I called to cancel my last appointment, they hung up on me. Typical.

Maddie and her team are amazing. I have been taking my little dog Stu here for about a year now and refuse to go anywhere else. We bounced around a lot of groomers before finding Woofpack and everyone else would just butcher my dog. Maddie's attention to detail is unparalleled. They are also SO PATIENT with Stu, he can get yappy but they are great with him and he doesn't come home stressed like other places. They do book up quickly, so I recommend pre-booking whenever you can. Trust me, they're worth the wait.

Just a heads up Labradoodle owners! This business isn't looking for new Labradoodle clients. I was just told this by the receptionist. Wolfpack came highly referred to me by fellow doodle owners. Very disappointed.

We just moved to Camarillo and have been trying out a few different pup salons but so far love Woof Pack Grooming! You can tell that all of the groomers here really love and care for our furbabies coming in. They took the time to get to know my pup and didn't push him too far on our first visit (he doesn't love getting his feet trimmed and I didn't ask for it, so they saw that and said they wanted to give him a positive first experience). Upon pickup, the receptionist and groomer also updated me on how he did and that means the world to me. I have a husky and they shed... A LOT. So I appreciate that there isn't any extra fee for grooming and all of the husky snow that is left there. Bonus is that it seems like the owners have huskies too and know the dramatic and sassy personalities, hah.One small note is that I hope the next time we bring Shilo in, more of his undercoat is combed out. They did a great job and I'm sure were testing how he did but would love for him to come home with less shed! - Jess
