Helping my older cousin-in-law with his finances and banking. We were greeted by Blanca Diaz, branch manager, and even though we didn’t have an appointment, she took the time to address our concerns. She set us up to meet the banker Maritsa Selgado, who provided the next steps in our ongoing process. Very satisfied with the customer service and personal touch. Thank you!

I was buying a car and needed to withdraw $20k from my account thinking cash is king. The teller (trying to remember her name, and the manager convinced me a cashiers check is as good as cash yet more protected. I listened and grateful to the staff at this branch and their caring for a customer. Five star support!!!

My husband passed away 01/20/23. I realized his February Social Security check would probably be deposited into our checking account. Social Security said bank would send check back. I asked teller if this was so.... it’s too long to tell but, she and another employee couldn’t help, couldn’t refer me to anyone, and offered to print out my bank statement. I went over it at home and thankfully found my answer. She just couldn’t take a few minutes to go over it with an 82 yr. old 43+year customer. Lack of training is very obvious at this branch. I also go to Chase, Mission Oaks and have been very happy with their staff. ☹️Wells Fargo ?Chase

I set up an appointment with Nestor Gomez to do a Family Trust, as he was the Notary Public. I called today to verify he would be there, as scheduled, a week before. To my surprise, he said we weren't on his calendar, after meeting with him face to face the week before. I felt this was very unprofessional. I will be taking my business to another Wells Fargo branch.

Extremely unqualified staff. The bankers are not well trained with regard to business account formation. If you must use Wells Fargo, then I would recommend visiting a different branch.

Super long line makes customers and the one cashier mad. It used to be relatively quick and convenient, not today.

If you need to deposit cash in large amounts make sure they are in separate envelopes counted out by 2 or more people. When you make the deposit to the bank do not deposit more than 1 at a time. I told the cashier no less than three times to put the envelope contents one at a time so if the counter indicated a shortage it would identify the envelope with the supposed count error. She did not do what I asked and sequenced all the bills in one pile. The count came out $100 short. Since the cashier did not follow my specific instructions there was no way to tell which envelop the counter screwed up. This is the second time my instructions were not followed. Fortunately there was no indicated shortage at that time. I was unable to take the funds back as a cash deposit was needed to pay incoming payments. Had the count been done as I directed I could have had the error package not deposited. If this is just a d*** cashier or has been directed by management to combine deposits is a major problem that cash customers should be aware off. I have been ripped off by this bank for $100. Having been a customer of Wells Fargo for over 40 years I am rethinking my banking preference. The next time I go into this or any other Wells branch, I will conduct large deposits as separated partitioned individual deposits and therefor much easier to count error if one occurs. Hand counting quickly does not confirm machine total as bills, in time, will stick together. I have unfortunately been a victim to this problem. This afternoon I went to a Wells Fargo location to obtain a cashiers check and found it had closed. It was for the rent so I raced to the location at 5000 Santa Rosa Rd in Camarillo. I pulled in right at 5:00 pm and found the door locked. A Hispanic gentleman came to the door and I explained what had happened with the other branch and the traffic that I hit on the way to this branch. I also told him that it would be a $100 late fee if I waited another day. He would not let me in. Even after I pleaded, he would not let me in. There was also another woman that ran up at the same time who also had a very important transaction, and she stayed there to see if he would let us in. She was equally upset. With COVID and bank locations closing or changing their hours, you would think there would be just a bit of compassion present... That did not happen here and i will think twice before coming back here again. So much for customer service....

I've had an account for over twenty years, this is the first time, they have treated me like, they could care less if I was an account holder or not.I will not, step inside this branch.At the moment, I will use other branches.You would just think, with online banking, banking with our smart phones, or using ATMs.The reason we go inside, is because we like the friendly personal touch.. if you do, don't go to this branch!

I just made a Quick stop here with my prof.? Not sure if I had ever been inside Had to deposit? At the atm (which was working and nice) Convenient location near a lot of other niceeee places The more wealthy? Part of cam!
