Every time I make an appointment with this location, it has been canceled. I walked into the branch for my appointment and the teller said no one was there to open a new account for me, and they didn't even have the courtesy to call, wasting my time. Today, I got a call 30 minutes before my appointment, telling me once again they needed to cancel. To top it off, this location never has more than one or two tellers working. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. If you need to go to Wells Fargo, try a different branch.

If I could give 0 stars for this location of Wells Fargo I would. I made two appointments with this Bank during last months and both times the original appointment was cancelled for some reason or another. I am disappointed in this sort of customer service.

By far, the slowest bank in the nation. I belong to 2 banks and one credit union and this Wells Fargo always functions at a snails pace!

I am currently traveling overseas and a refund check came to my house from the IRS. My son sent a pic of the front and back of the check to me by email so I could pay it in as I am not returning for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately a pic can’t be uploaded , the bank does this via their app. The only way we felt it could be paid in was for my son/daughter in law to physically go to the bank with my account number and routing number. My daughter in law got turned down so I called and was told I need to sign the back! I am traveling in the UK. Asked to speak to the Manager and was on hold for twenty minutes (from the UK). The Manager (Emma?) repeated the same options but suggested I could get hold of the IRS and have them pay another way! Really? From the UK. Anyway, this was a government check, made out to me and it was being paid into my account with my bank details from a family member with the same last name. I have been with Wells Fargo for 30 plus years. Surely someone could have used their initiative. I called customer service at Wells Fargo who said there is no reason it cannot be paid in. If cash was involved there might be a problem but a bona fide check could be paid in with all the account details, no problem. She suggested I try another branch.

Every single time I visit this location which is at least once a month, the line is nearly to the front door yet they will only have 1-2 tellers open. I bank with a couple of other banks and don't have this issue elsewhere. Unfortunately, I have to make deposits for a business otherwise I would never opt to bank here.

The worst banking experience I have ever had. Trying to work with most of the staff for estate care has been a nightmare. Firstly the individual I spoke with for mobile estate care to make sure I had everything I needed to bring to my appointment didn't know what documents I needed to complete to close a bank account for my deceased parent.Take everything your told regarding documents, scheduling and having a notary present with a grain of salt.“On behalf of Wells Fargo we give our condolences”, Ive heard that alot… but something that would be more helpful would to be helpful. Especially when instead of talking with colleagues for 15 minutes about saying you don't have time to do something you could have done in that time. It seems like everyone is just sitting around at their desks with scheduled appointments but have no clients there with them and cannot help you who is there asking for help. Everyone had attitude, ridiculous (except Alice). Maybe everyone is having a hard day but I have had this experience at the same branch more than once with the same folks. Another day without getting anything achieved at Wells Fargo.

I have a business account with this bank. They are often short staffed and the poor workers always take the brunt of the abuse from unsympathetic customers. I understand and I can see them working so hard and I appreciate it. I always get good service when I'm there and appreciate the hard work. Hopefully they will get fully staffed again soon.

I was here today the lines were long and they were very understaffed I only came to open a Bank account and the staff are not only unavailable they were rude they said you can’t stand there and I was standing on the side waiting for someone to help me and nobody helped me at all I had to wait around for 10 minutes until someone noticed that was there I went over to the area to sit down and then they said they can’t see me all I wanted to do is open a new bank account I’m going to Chase to open account instead because Chase is where my grandma goes and they are very friendly and helpful I am not going to Wells Fargo now

2 appointments later and I still wasn't able to open my account. I had a coupon to receive the $300 bonus offer and it was as if the Banker didn't want to deal with it and was finding every obstacle to keep me from opening the account. Needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
