No one here wants to help make an appointment to close an old account. The person working here today wasn’t helpful.

If I could give 0 stars for this location of Wells Fargo I would. I made two appointments with this Bank during last months and both times the original appointment was cancelled for some reason or another. I am disappointed in this sort of customer service.

By far, the slowest bank in the nation. I belong to 2 banks and one credit union and this Wells Fargo always functions at a snails pace!
