I have had an account for about a year. Someone put a spy program on my Facebook account and hacked my wells fargo account and charged 380.00. I cancelled my Facebook git a new phone and a new email and wells fargo continued to email my old email regardless of the fact I updated it 5 times. I got 2 more fraud charges and wells fargo closed my account blocking me from recieving my 130.00 credit and my 79.00 credit from tmobile. It is not my fault I got frauded . I think this is the worst bank I've ever dealt with.....

Inconsistent with customer service. Some days have been great with speedy, efficient transactions. Then you also get days like today when I waited in line for 15 minutes with no acknowledgment just to break some bills that the ATM wouldn't let me deposit. The sole teller was helping a woman with a transaction. It certainly wasn't her fault, although she apologized to me twice for how much time it took. The teller, however, didn't ask for help despite two customers giving up and leaving the line. He continued to help his customer and make small talk despite the line developing. Other staff members came around, saw the line, but said nothing. The customer was conscientious of how long it was taking and asked; the teller said he was almost done, but it still took another five minutes. It wouldn't been that big of a deal except the delay was getting me close to being late for another appointment. When it was finally my turn, the teller offered no acknowledgment of the delay which I really think he should have. Immediately after getting into the car I tried to call the branch. I called twice and no one picked up. Not happy with today.

Wells Fargo has ONE teller working (and 8 empty/closed teller windows). The line for the teller was an hour long this morning and often it is longer. The manager Maria and her two other employees hanging out in her office laughing were unwilling to help. Both ATMs are often out of service and/or out of cash and don't dispense enough cash for a small business. NO dedicated business teller. High fees for little/no service.

This location is so convenient for me but the real reason I'm writing this review is to recognize an outstanding team member there named Elena! She always has a smile on her face, even when I witness people in line being rude to her for no reason. She always makes me feel welcome and she's extremely efficient. I had one of the worst days of my life last week and she didn't know it, but her cheerful attitude and kindness brought sunshine my way. Thank you, Elena for your wonderful customer service and commitment. I hope this Wells Fargo branch recognizes how special you are!

I felt pretty good about banking with WF until I applied for a loan. What an unbelievably massive waste of time. I'm glad my attorney recommended an actual business bank for banking and lending, because I don't think a "high level" customer should be treated the way we were treated. We bring a lot of business to them, and we need our bank to be a partner in our business endeavors. It's not easy to switch to a different bank but will probably have to do it.

Felicia Smith is STELLAR!!! After my father's passing it's been nothing short of one mountain climb after the other in dealing with his estate. This was my process ... - I called in to receive guidance on what to do and proceeded accordingly. I filled out all of the forms and had everything notarized when I arrived at a branch. - I visited a branch in Torrance (where they were very polite) but I was told I had the wrong forms on hand after they called in to the Beneficiary Dept. We would've began processing then, however they didn't have any notary on-site to assist with filling out the correct paper work; therefore, the banker there printed off new forms and told me to come back another time. - I don't live near a branch (I reside in Big Bear, CA) so I had to do this during work and my holiday commutes. - After the Christmas holiday, I went to a branch in Camarillo on Carmen where I was given pretty much EVERY EXCUSE in the book NOT to be helped. I took the "hint" and left. - I called the Ponderosa branch where Felicia enthusiastically answered the phone and told me she would make herself available to help if I headed over. THANK YOU! - By then, it was nearer to 2:45PM and without hesitation she began to tackle all things related to the account. She called in to the Beneficiary Dept and began the process with an extraordinary amount of compassion, care and attention to detail. Not only did she print off a new set of the final correct forms (they changed once again) needed, but notarized them, proceeded them and stuck it through until the very end. She even reviewed my business account and found a better service account for me! Seriously, I was blown away by her customer service. I don't know what I would've done without her. Thank you Felicia, I wish you nothing but the absolute best in life because you truly deserve it. Your kind heart, positive attitude and business expertise was a blessing in what has been an otherwise truly difficult time. You're the BEST!!!! 5 Stars all the way!

I'm definitely a fan of this location. Most of the employees know me and always ask about my family. It's always a quick and easy transaction. I do also appreciate once when I needed a notary, theirs was on vacation so they called the other branches in the area and found one for me and called ahead to let them know I was on my way. Definitely appreciate this extra attention and service.

Ariana, you have no customer service skills! Just wanted to change and couldn't offer me another agent. Didn't even try.

Opened a business checking account. Went smooth and they even gave me the first set of checks for free. Waited and the checks never came. Called the corporate number and they said the checks were never ordered. Also said I have to have the bank branch order the checks again in order to get them. The branch somehow allowed me to open an account that then got flagged and having an incorrect address and the account would be closed. One month after having the account open I get a letter it will be closed. The branch manager needed proof of address like utility bills to keeep the account open. I run a mobile business and my location was just a place to receive important mail and packages. I did not have any proof of address because my business does not pay the bills at that location. It is the same address that the IRS accepts and is ok with me using. I called a number and spoke to a specialist supervisor person. They understand the situation and said they would contact the bank branch manager and let them know my information is acceptable. Called the branch manager and alerted her that someone should be contacting her soon. She stated that if she does not hear from them she will call me to let me know. I get no call from anyone at Wells Fargo so I figure everything is great and the "mix up" as the phone supervisor stated was cleared up. Kept using the account like normal for a while. About 2 weeks later I look to check account balance and the account is stated as closed. My money was taken out and mailed to me with a check. Had to wait to get a check in the mail written out to my business which I could only deposit after I opened a BOA business account. Bank of America accepted the same address and never closed the account. Well Fargo was a complete waste of resources and very valuable time. Thanks for nothing. The bank manager has no communication skills and the managers on the phone are liars.

Staff is nice. Not always a long wait. Had a few requests on my account that weren't processed on time otherwise would have more stars

VERY uncomfortable experience trying to make a simple withdrawal. It was incredibly awkward and everyone around in line could hear what was being said about the transaction. The staff should be much more respectful of people's privacy when regarding finances.

I like the bank, but the ATMs at this location are frustrating. Whenever I put more than one check into deposit it rejects the checks back to me or worse yet it jams.. and it has been doing this for over a year. It is very frustrating. I have brought it up to their attention several times over the past 2 years.

I walked into the branch near my home to make a small deposit and get some change for my store. I walked in with a Wells Fargo business bag and was directed to the business line. There was someone working with the business teller. They looked to be trying to resolve some sort of issue. There was another teller waiting for the next customer to enter the bank. After a few minutes, I walked over to the open teller. He told me he couldn't help me because he had to wait in case a non-business customer walked in. Being the only other customer in the bank, I was shocked. Since he had waited on me the previous day and we shared some humorous banter, I asked if he was serious. He said yes and I would have to return to the business line. One last try: "Seriously?" One more rebuff: "Yes". I stood behind the still troubled business customer for about a minute, zipped my bag closed and walked out. I looked back and saw the floor monitor assuring the teller that he did the right thing. I'm used to better banking. I hope our people serve our customers better than that.
