I’ve been here maybe 30 times. Going back to handwashing. Doesn’t touch back of our cars or vans anymore.Edited: btw we have been back so many times because I usually buy the cards and pre-pay for multiple washes.Wife just texted saying that her van is still dirty after going through the wash, large sections untouched which prompted my review. I started putting extra towels and spray bottles to clean up where the wash missed.

I will not return to this car wash. Scratching sounds could be heard, and my driver side door appeared as this when I checked it after getting home. Never had such an experience with a car wash.

Be Aware: "Unlimited" Car Wash is NOT UNLIMITED.FALSE ADVERTISING. I pay monthly for the "Unlimited" Car Wash plan. I went through the car wash, but my car still had dirt on it. Previously, the attendant allowed me to go through a second time.This time, I tried to go back for the second round and I was rudely scolded by a man saying that it is ONLY 30 Washes, 1 per day. I showed him where it was still dirty, and mentioned that previously they allowed me to go through a second time. He said, "That is not allowed and the attendant will get in trouble for that." Even though they have 10 Posted Advertising Signs for "UNLIMITED CAR WASH".

I’ve been to many car washes but this one by far is my favorite. I was pleased with the wash job and satisfied with the free vacuum service :)

It's a quick Car Wash that you drive into & sit inside your vehicle. You can pay for a single Wash or get the Unlimited Wash. There is an attendant waiting when you drive up, to give you a car freshener, car wipes & little trash bags if you want them. The only time you get out of your car, is if you are done with the wash & park to vacuum your car. Whether you want to vacuum your car or not, it's included & you vacuum your car yourself. I signed up for the unlimited car washes. With the Unlimited Wash you get a barcode that the Car Wash recognizes & lets you in. There's different choices & prices. What I like, is that there are other Waterdrop locations that I can also go to & get my car washed. Note: It will automatically deduct from the form of payment you provided, monthly. So keep that in mind.Tips:- Bring a car towel/rags Bec the dryer doesn't dry your car thoroughly- Find Vacuums on both sides when you're parked - There's also air hoses which is handy getting water out from the creases & side mirrors - Trash & Recycle Bins located throughout

I go here because it's fast and simple nothing more.My car gets washed as good as going through a drive thru car wash goes and the fact that they have the vacuums that we can use ro get tge inside of our cars cleaned as well perfect.Today though Manuel helped us out and his customer service was great very helpful I even decided to get the monthly plan after speaking to him.

Amazing customer service. Manuel was perfect in assisting me with amazing customer service. The location was extremely clean and not very busy. This location is extremely convenient and the car wash was done very well. I would highly recommend this location and the price was amazing. They also have a membership that you can use monthly, which is very helpful 10 out of 10

Do NOT recommend. Went in for a car wash and the machine scratched up the back side of my car. Manager was not helpful and they refused to take responsibility for the damage saying I probably hit a bush prior. They never returned my call after filing a claim to follow up. After I followed up with my claim, corporate said it was denied because those scratches could not have been made from their machines. My car has 360 camera capability... I think I would have been aware it was damaged at some point prior to the wash.

So easy and a great one stop for a carwash and plenty of spots with vacuums included. There is also plenty of friendly staff available to help out with any issues.

My first time there, and I would return. Not real fast if you're in a hurry, but quality takes time. They put a real shiny finish rinse.

I want to say Jazmine is an excellent manager. She goes over and beyond for the Carwash and for the customers. She thrives to keep having customers come back. She listens to the customer, and honestly, She did better work than the regional manager. Because of her, that's why I'm still a happy customer and returning for my car washes with my membership. Thank you Jazmine.

I am still giving 5 stars because I love this place, but today I actually had my first rude encounter. I first drove up and spoke to an extremely nice man who rang me up. I told him I come from Ventura to wash my car here. We finished ourr business and I waited in the queue to wash my car. It was busy and I was having some trouble lining up my car. I rolled down my window to ask the girl if I was lined up, she then screamed to a coworker walking by while waving her hand who knows which direction "see these people don't listen, they never listen" and she continues waving her hand and shaking her head laughing. It was rude. To be fair it was busy and they may have had others not lined up correctly so I could have just come at the worst time. I absolutely will be back but hopefully they realize as we are driving by with our windows rolled up, in my case down, we can hear them .

Got the $20 wash which includes hot wax, tire polishing, and air freshener (they were out of air freshener). I thought after the wash somebody was going to wax the car and polish the tires. Nope, but okay. During the wash, the wax is in the water, and the polish squirts the tires at the end. When I parked to vacuum, my car had no "wax" to it, and my tires were still blackish brown. That is when I asked the lady working about the polish of the tires. Thankfully a guy working there (said he was the mechanic) helped me out and got some polish and a scrubber and did my tires. Make sure to take a cloth to dry the remaining water off of your car, the dryer doesn't get all the water. The vacuums had a good suction and the air blower to get the water out of small spaces was a plus. Next time I will just get the cheap deal and take my own wax and polish.
