I have been going to this pharmacy ever since it opened and it has always been my go to place to pick up my prescriptions. Everyone who works here has always been excellent - very helpful, efficient, and incredibly friendly! Eugene one of the technicians has worked there since day one and he has been a favorite of mine all these years. The current pharmacist Gill is somewhat recent at the time of this writing and he is absolutely fabulous! He is always kind and helpful, he's really fun to talk to while waiting for my prescription, and he is super caring, always going out of the way to help you out. Recently, I was having extreme difficulties getting a preauthorized prescription through my mail order pharmacy (Carelon, which is owned by Anthem Blue Cross). I spent an entire day from 9AM in the morning to 8PM talking to every single department at Carelon, getting bounced about from agent to agent, ultimately getting nowhere. Finally, the last agent told me to just go to my usual pharmacy to get this prescription, since Carelon clearly would not help me. So the next morning, I called Gill here at the Walmart Pharmacy and he told me not to worry, he would take care of it for me. Within 2 hours, he called me right back and said the prescription was ready to go. Gil explained that he called up my doctor's office to get the prescription sent to the Walmart Pharmacy and from there, he was able to immediately fill it. Gil made it such an easy experience, that from here on I'm simply going to get all my prescriptions here regardless. So overall, I cannot recommend the Camarillo Walmart Pharmacy here enough. Big thanks to every employee who works there. Again, special thanks to Gil for being the best pharmacist and Eugene for being the best technician! (But really, special thanks to all the others as well, they are all wonderful, I just happen to know these two the longest!)

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Very disorganized. Unfriendly unhelpful. I would insist on using any other pharmacy.

Pharmacy rounds prescription amounts - the only size available is 2.5 ml bottle, so I should get 4 bottles with a 10 ml prescription. Walmart will only give me 3 bottles because they round each refill to 3 ml even though it is actually 2.5 ml. They're the only pharmacy in town that won't honor the actual total ml prescribed by my doctor. I won't be using them anymore.

They are VERY slow with refilling prescriptions. They don't really give u an accurate waiting time. The Asian told me 30 min, so I figured I'd wait and walk around. After waiting 45 min for a text I decided to go back and check on it. He then told me IT WAS ready. And then I got my text message. But then the doctor was on the phone and I waited another 15 minutes before getting my prescription. This hasn't been the first time they were slow and taken awhile to fill the prescription. I just wish they had more doctors or more people working

This is the pharmacy I always go to. I have had the most positive experiences here. I don't even get prescriptions that often, but I've been there several times over the years. I have been helped by two or 3 pharmacists over the years and a few of the clerks/technicians. They are always so polite and helpful and they answer my questions. I am picky about prices because I am paying out of pocket, and they have done everything to help me reduce my costs. They even called my doctor when he prescribed medicines with no generics to see if he could change it to something cheaper for me. I also get my flu shots there and it's always on time and easy. They really explain everything. It's nice to have a good place you can keep going back to. I totally trust them.

I frequently have to visit my pharmacy which was initially chosen by my insurance company. The people and services at Walmart are so good that years later, and a different insurance company, I'm still going there for my medications. Peter, Jasmine, Eugene, and everyone takes great care of me. They are personable and helpful. The Walmart app helps me reorder meds and do express checkout. What's not to love. All this and my groceries in one stop. I'm a happy shopper.

I left this pharmacy after interacting with the manager (Paul?) several times. He is the kind of guy who says he will take care of something important but then when it isn't done he likes to blame it on the other person he passed it off to. Why don't YOU take care of it since you tell me that you understand that my request is now 4 times in a row in a 2 week time span? I am dealing with Spine issues and two auto immune diseases that are RARE to have at the same time. Lucky me. I fill a prescription for pain once every 30 days without fail. I am in an agreement to stay with this one pharmacy because I don't want to look terrible by filling everywhere. For a year, it's every 30 days, ALWAYS THE SAME STUFF. Somehow they screwed it up no less than seven times. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable. I wanted the pharmacy to know me but decided to change to the Medicine Shoppe in Camarillo. NIGHT AND DAY change in service and customer service, a totally better pharmacy.

I rarely need prescriptions filled. My medicare plan D uses Walmart Pharmacy. I chose the plan because it is inexpensive, and because there is a local pharmacy. I don't care much for Walmart, and this pharmacy is nothing special. There is typically one counter person for new prescriptions and pick ups, and their procedures are lengthy, so it always takes much longer than it should and longer than other pharmacies I've visited. But as I said I thankfully rarely need prescriptions, and this low cost plan is sufficient for my needs.
