Came in to upgrade some phones on my business account Jeremy was extremely attentive and when we were done asked if I earned his future business this is a huge step up from the previous management and he definitely did earn my future business

Had a really great experience with Emma & Mario they were pretty busy not surprised for a Saturday but both were very attentive, they said that they were the new staff for the store and it seems like a great decision on Verizons part, I’d be happy to go back again

Terrible customer service at this store. Watch out. They will sign you up for things you DO NOT want and decline while there. Ryan signed me up for things I told him I didn't want - the protection plan and cloud service for my 80 year old mother's phone. He also sold me Netflix/Max bundle with commercials without telling me this. I had to call Verizon directly twice to remove these. Still waiting to see what else shows up on my bill that I'll have to remove. You are better off dealing with Verizon online or calling them. Avoid this dishonest store at all costs.

Poor customer service, acknowledgment and engagement.
This is the poorest service I've ever experienced with Verizon.
The first associate decided to take lunch without any communication. The 2nd associate acted annoyed when asked if he could have someone else assist us.

I came into town to visit friends and needed to get a new phone! I had Shanette help me and she was amazing! So patient and so helpful and she knew what to do and answered my questions. Extremely respectful not only to myself but to other customers and fellow employees!!! Give her a raise

This happened in Fall 2022, not sure if they still have the same crew working there but this has to be said. Needed a new phone, and they basically didn't want to help me. There were 3 ppl working there. 2 guys and one girl. I brought up how I needed a new phone, and he reluctantly decided to do his job. He told me that I wasn't an authorized user, so I couldn't get a phone (I'm a young buck, on my parents' account). Rather than helping me add myself as an authorized user, he just leaves me to figure it all out. While I'm essentially doing his job for him, he took off to the supermarket across the street. So I had to wait like 20 minutes for him to come back. I then asked the other guy working there if he could help me. He said he couldn't because he didn't want to steal the other guy's "sale". Lol. As if that guy did anything to "sell" me. He tried to put me out with no solution, and I had to figure out how to make it work myself. After waiting for him to come back, he stumbles in with his bag of junk food and drinks. I could go on for longer but there's no point. You get the picture. It's honestly just sad. I'll take this review down if you can confirm the staff is completely different from Fall 2022. Otherwise, don't go this joint.
