Literally the whole process for an oil change took less than 15 minutes! Incredible! The grand total was less than $54 which is what Walmart Auto Center Charges. In order to get a very low price for here make sure to go on Groupon to buy the coupon where you will save 30%.I had the pleasure of being served by Omar, Anthony & Jose. These are the type of employees that you must reward and keep. They did an excellent job in light speed! Also, they gave me a lot of recommendations on what I should do with my car to prevent problems in the future. You have a customer for life here! Thanks again!

Came in for an oil change, when it was time to leave my car wouldn’t turn on. My battery had died. Before my visit I had no battery issue ( battery replaced in 2021) they blamed the whole issue on me. Other people told me they had the same issue with having their car battery die on them for an oil service.

They installed an oil filter that was known to have problems. I drove away and got a check engine light 1/4 mile away and returned. The manager knew what to look for and said they've been having problems with that filter. It has a defect that can't generate sufficient oil pressure. At idle pressure was 8-10PSI. I could've seized the engine had I driven farther. They didn't have a replacement in stock. He drove to an auto parts store and returned with a better WIX filter. He offered a 50% off coupon for my next visit but it didn't show up until I returned later and inquired. 3 days after the service I drove the freeway next to the shop and my air dam/panel under the engine broke free and started bouncing on the ground. I drove to the shop. A screw was missing from the service panel under the drain area & was either not reinstalled or not screwed together properly. They put in another and I went on my way.7 days later I returned to ask the same manager about the unreceived coupon and discuss the other problems. He accepted no responsibility & was borderline rude.I've been a customer since they opened. They're obviously lacking now in critical areas like installing known defective parts etc.

This place used to be the best. Noone greets you when you drive up for an oil change anymore to let you know how long it'll be, if your oil is in stock. Which has happened to us. I just go across the street to Oil Stop now. Their great!

Quick oil change, I used a Groupon for a nice 25% discount. Friendly technicians, great service.

The people working here are very friendly and professional. They always get me in and out quickly and do a good job. My only complaint would be that their over priced. Even with a Groupon it costs more than the regular price at my local tire shop.

I get my oil changed last week and everything seems fine as I drive out (the guys who did my car were laughing and thought something was really funny!) I leave for northern california the next day (for the weekend) when I realize that within the 2 hours of my drive I keep hearing scratching underneath my hood. I thought mmm thats weird! So me and my partner assume its just the road right? This keeps happening on this roadtrip until I get home from northern california on Sunday. My partner looks underneath the car and sure enough that metal piece in which you remove (temporarily) for the oil change was not thoroughly bolted in. So that metal piece was halfway on. It could’ve easily come off while I was driving a speed going from 60pmh to 78 mph on highways and could have hit someone else’s car because these people did not thoroughly bolt this piece of metal. Or worse, if all these bolts were NOT tight enough, the whole metal piece would have come off my car, thus causing a risk for combustion in my engine. The guys who then helped me today (one of them was there “fixing it” the day it was halfway on) to put it back on did not in the slightest apologize but said that “a rock must have hit this piece of metal” and it wasn’t necessary for the other bolts to be in. Not only this, the same guy who originally participated in this problem then proceeded to walk away from me as I was talking to him as if he did not care. Just own up to your mistake and make sure the next person coming here doesn’t have this happen.I called the manager earlier today to see if he would be in and he said he would but when I showed up today at 5:40 and the other men working said “he wasn’t in” even though on the phone he said he would.Poor customer service and no thorough precautions.I won’t be coming here again.

I got my oil changed here a few months ago. I thought it was odd that it took only five minutes, I didn't even know if they changed my oil. I figured it was since I'm a girl they just didn't try hard. A few weeks later I started having water pouring through the floor of my passenger side. I have MOLD in my car now.I had a friend that's a mechanic look at the condensation hose thinking maybe it was clogged - there was a BOLT in the hose CLOSING it off.Insanity. I will never go here again and I will be speaking to them asap.

I got my oil changed here and specifically asked for full synthetic w/high mileage. The technician assured me that that is the specific oil that will be going in the vehicle. Now it’s weeks later and I just looked at the service sticker on my windshield and it had some abbreviated code, for the oil used. I was suspect that the high mileage full synth oil was not used for my engine. I called the shop to find out from the service tech what the code abbreviation means—and he said it’s the normal full synthetic. The tech over the phone also told me that they only carry one type of 5W-30 full synthetic, and that it is for all purposes, including high mileage. If that’s the case, then why does Valvoline manufacture a full synth made specifically for high mileage vehicles? Or a full synth made specifically for Euro engines? Do these guys need more training? The thing I’m most not cool with is that I was lied to. The service tech that did the work figured I would not know the difference. If he would have said, “We actually don’t carry that, or have that at the moment, but would you be interested in the regular full synth?”, then he would not need to lie to my face. These places are charging almost $100 for the job. They also offered $40 to rotate my tires. Yeah, no thanks. I will not trust this place again.

Always a pleasure to get my oil changes at valvoline, technician are great? air tire check was not preformed thought I checked later that day all 4 tires were not at at 35 pounds pressure, that was part of the check list was stated on the receipt but not done? got home my tire indicator said had low air so I had to fill tire pressure at 35 pound to specification.

Had issue with drain plug aftermarket did not hold. Called my store in SD Encinitas and they are fixing here in Camarillo top off and drain plug replace with BMW plug. I was told most of the time the aftermarket plug works fine but every once in awhile it doesn't and they we're authentic professional helpful with a can-do attitude Great experience we're ready to review for the Encinitas store as well cuz they coordinated with one another 154 miles away. In addition they check to make sure my lights were working properly brakes and topped off my wiper fluid hats off to good customer service.
