I went in today to return an item that didn't fit me and for some reason my receipt said "Apple Pay" which is weird or some type of glitch because i paid with my wellsfargo debit card i even had the proof at hand but the women didn't even bother to try to help me, she said because it said Apple Pay she couldn't do anything about it. Last time i had the same situation and the guy helped me with no issues which is why i used to like going to this store but after today i ain't shopping there or buyi stuff online. The girl said that the last time this happened to me that guy shouldn't have done what he did??? She just didn't try to help in any type of way. Terrible customer service!!!

Augustine was such a great help finding us the correct size and made our experience painless. Also, their manager Isaiah for helping us as well during checkout. We will be definitely coming back to this True Religion store. These two deserve way more than just a pat on the back!!

Went into the store on 3/23/19 at 12 noon. Keep in mind I have always enjoyed shopping at this location. But today I was very disappointed. The music that was playing in the store was highly inappropriate! Don't know what song was playing but it was a guy rapping saying 'I'm not trying to f*** you im trying to f*** yo mom'. There were kids and elderly people in the store. Spoke to the co workers and they said it's all corporate music. If that's the case I'd rather shop elsewhere. Come on True, you can do better than this... so disrespectful!
