Jane, Ashley, and two other ladies from there (I forgot to get their names) were welcoming, aware, very friendly, but not pushy, attentive, super helpful, and they make you feel comfortable and like a valued customer. They have great customer service, stylish quality clothing, and good prices. Jane is professional and personable. She also goes above and beyond. I recommend this store. In fact, I have one close to my home, but I choose to drive further out to this store because of their exceptional customer service. They make me feel happy, secure, and comfortable. Also, the store is always well kept; stocked, organized, and clean.

There's no outlet savings, online has better sales and more options. Also, my experience at all other torrid with so many different associates have been a great one. They always have the best customer service, and always asking if you need help, taking your clothes automatically to a fitting room. But thr girls here at camarillo outlets don't. They never ask. I was asked like maybe once in all my time going there, and that was like after 20 min of shopping. Some aren't as pleasant either. My recent experience was one of them asking if I wanted to purchase a reusable bag, and getting annoyed when I said no. Then making me feel like I inconvenienced her by pointing out "well all we have are large bags then". I'm like ok lol. They also give me a hard time with exchanges and rewards. The ventura store always let's me exchange for the same value of the item when they know I've used my rewards to purchase. But camarillo wouldn't let me. They also gave me a hard time about getting a credit for my rewards back after a return. Ventura store has never given me that issue. I will give it to Lilly tho for trying her best to meet the standards of other torrid associates from other stores. She tries to be helpful and is very kind. But every other one I've experienced there is not very helpful at all, since the day it's opened.

I love that my daughter has a store to shop at that she likes. The staff is always very welcoming and friendly. We will definitely keep shopping here.

Lily was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped me find what I needed and had great intuition on what looks I was going for and I ultimately bought most of what she recommended. I love the clothes, the leggings, the bras...all of it. I would highly recommend visiting this store!

Excellent, above and beyond service from Vicky and Yesenia! Very sweet and attentive and when I did have an issue and gave up looking for shoes they brought everything in my size out to show me what they had! Like magic they had the perfect pair, if it weren’t for them making sure if I found everything I needed I would have missed out and still been on the hunt for wedding shoes!
