LOVE this Timberland outlet store! Super friendly staff, massive selection of not just boots but work clothes, stylish clothes, and supremely comfortable sweats and relaxing clothing. Also needed a pair of the elusive Pro-Setra composite toe boots, ordered online and had delivered to this store in just a few days

The store has nice merchandise. But they do not carry enough wide size shoes for men.

They have a pretty decent selection of clothes and shoes. The staff is always quick to help if you need it. I've made purchases here many times and never had any complaints. There have been a couple occasions where the sale prices aren't in the system, so you have to check your receipt carefully though.

We had a problem with one the products and decided to try and ask for replacement. Although we didn’t have our receipt, Jill the manager kindly honored us. It was a great customer service. Thank you so much Jill.
