Was in the store to make a return, and it turned out to be the best shopping experience. Francesca, the salesperson, with her professionalism, courtesy, and dedication to going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and complete in-store experience have truly left a lasting impression. From the moment I entered the store, her warm and friendly demeanor immediately made me feel welcome. What truly sets her apart is her unwavering commitment to going beyond what is required. Sabrina is amazing! she was extremely helpful suggesting many beautiful styles that I loved and wouldn't have thought of trying! I bought everything she suggested and received many compliments on all of them! I got stopped by a couple who complimented me on my great coat! I can't wait to return to work with Sabrina when their new styles come in! Kudos Theory for hiring Sabrina, she's such a pleasure to work with!

We were there few weeks ago checking out a leather jacket, since it was our second store we started shopping at, we decided to come back later for a jacket I really liked. I asked the girl nicely that I really like the jacket but would like to look around and come back for it. She looked at me head to toes and said: "I can only hold it for 20 mins" in a really condescending tone. The first store we went was theory men store right next door and my husband a sweater held for later. When I asked what the final price would be; she was very unwilling to pull her calculator out and said it's not refundable because it's final sale again in a condescending tone! I say okay I will think about it, she said have a good day and took the jacket out of my hands in a rudely manner!! I don't wanna be racist or anything, but if the manager reads this she is Asian young lady and have her hair dyed Ashy grey/ blonde. It kind of put us in a bad mood after we left the store and didn't even wanna come back the second time. But deep down, I feel sad for her life!

I'm giving this business a negative 5 stars. My friend and I came in. Took a minute to sit in the chairs to catch our breath before shopping in the store. Our short break was interrupted by a mean worker that pointed out benches were available outside. She was extremely hurtful. I wasn't able to get a name but she was wearing Frankenstein boots. I wish I would have said something, but I guess she feels privileged folding shirts at minimum wage. We were planning on shopping there but I think she thought we couldn't afford it because of our appearance. Too bad for her. I'm sure she gets tons of sales with her wonderful customer service skills....NOT!

I highly recommend this store! I came in to find classy minimalist pieces to build my wardrobe, and Theory did not disappoint. My experience was heightened by the exceptional service that I received from JOYCE! She was very knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and patient. Overall, I found the store to be a very pleasant, clean, and calm place to be, with a welcoming and friendly staff. I will definitely return!

I stepped into the store just to browse and decided to try on a black blazer. The staff who helped me pointed out to where it was, and so I tried it on. As I was just putting it on, she jumps and asks "how do you like it?" I understand customer service, but it's like ok, let me actually walk to the mirror and see it on me first before asking me what I think. I literally just put it on. Next, I attempt to place it back on the hanger, exactly where I got it. And she gestures that she'll take it from across the table of clothes. I didn't mind placing it back just the way I saw it, to save her the extra minute of fixing the display. But she goes ahead and shortly says, "No, I have to put it back for quarantine." As this would be ok to say, it was more of her tone. She just sounds rude, at least wait till I walk away, you made me feel like I had Covid. Jeez. That definitely made me feel uncomfortable in shopping in the rest of the store. Don't shop here during COVID, they are definitely not hospitable.

I don't love the prices (just kidding) but honestly my wife loves this store so I shop here quite often. Customer service is great and they always help me by showing me what's new or trending when I have no clue what to buy. The staff definitely makes anniversaries and birthdays easy for me while shopping for my significant other. 10/10 would recommend.

Worst experience my mother and I have ever had with a retailer. The employees were rude and nobody should ever shop here. I'm surprised this store hasn't closed down for there unbelievably poor service and outrageous company policies. DON'T shop here!

We received horrible customer service here. The store is nice enough but the people working here make it so unpleasant we didn't want to purchase things we liked. It wasn't just one associate -- 3 different women all didn't want to bother assisting us in any way. And I believe the guy who posted about his awful experience being told he could return something and then needing to return it and not being able to. Fortunately, we weren't in that position but when my wife and I asked about the return policy for gifts we were considering, two different sales women scoffed two different things at us ( 1 said yes returnable within 30 days and the other said no not at all for the same items). Then, when we were looking at sizes and wanted to see if there was a difference between them, the saleswoman rolled her eyes and said it was 'as marked'. Wow, thank you. None of the employees wants to do anything but ring you up and it makes spending hard-earned money there unappealing as it is certainly not appreciated by the employees who clearly do not realise their customers are not a nuisance and are actually the only reason they have employment. I hope someone will do something about it; until then -- buyer beware.

AVOID - AVOID - AVOID - AVOID The Theory Womens I purchased a dress for my wife at this location and spoke with the representative, confirmed that I could return the item if it did not fit. ...the outfit did NOT fit and I was informed that all sales are final and only exchanges will be accepted. You guessed it, there was not a size that fit and we were stuck with purchasing a product. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Nancy, was horrible to deal with.
