I went to the bookstore today with a few students. We were visiting the campus, and we weren't even in there for 5 minutes because the 2 ladies working there were so rude. They were rude to me, to my chaperone, and to my students. I have never experienced that in any fieldtrip/school tour ever.

I went in to check out my books and the 2 ladies at the bookstore weren't very friendly.They seemed bother just to help me find my books. The lady at the check out register was very friendly and patient with me.

To start off, I had to make an account because my experience was so horrible. The staff is very rude and racist. Right off the bat they were watching me, giving faces to each other and even the cashier yelled "WHAT" in my face because my voice is low, she questioned if I payed for an item that they don't have in stock which I got from the Multicultural Center, It's sad to know they don't know which products they even sell. Another thing is everything is very overpriced. A message for the staff is to honestly do better. Next time I would rather visit a different bookstore or order from amazon, just to save the headache.

I went in there today and the cashier told me there weren't any student discounts. How do you have a college store that doesn't give its students their own discounts is beyond me. Anyway if you're a student here don't tell them you're a student because you won't get any discounts.

Came here to pick up a textbook I ordered online it's amazing how the bookstore on campus since Covid, have safer options for ordering your items online and just picking them up in store I don't want to pay shipping prices plus I live on campus so it just makes sense just to walk the extra 10 minutes to the store and back to my housing.

It's a fairly standard bookstore for a college campus. Overpriced books and limited apparel and gift items sporting the school logo. It's never really busy, then again it's a smaller college campus. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, so no complaints there. So far I haven't seen any apparel I liked the design of, but the cost seems reasonable which I was pleasantly surprised to see. When I graduated, they sold me a tassel for the wrong year, and wouldn't let me return it. So double check your purchase before you leave.

Do not buy books here, their petty practices include making it difficult to find isbn numbers online making it a pian to get the price match. CHEGG or Amazon have better prices do not waste money here.

Apart from below average customer service, all items sold here are more expensive than any other source. Please buy everything- books, stationery, notepads locally or on amazon. This place is a scam.
