Talbots at the Outlet Mall is outstanding! It's always so neat, organized, and fun environment. It's easy to see this is always true! The management and sales associates! Leesa, the store manager, takes a personal interest in each and every customer. She has provided guidance for all of her sales associates to show the same service! Sharon is one of the associates and she seems to be always one step ahead of me. She knows what I'm looking for! Talbots provides the best customer service! Everyone is cheerful, welcoming and professional. They know their inventory! What a great experience shopping at Talbots !

I couldn't actually find clothes that fit me well, regardless, it was a fabulous customer service experience. I will be happy to shop there again and hopefully find something.
