I feel that I have been wronged by T Mobile. The corporate office does not stand behind their National advertising. Instead they put the blame on this store and it's employees. I have been over charged, and when I cancelled my account the employee on the phone with corporate did not cancel my account. They are demanding payment from me for their mistake. I went in with the promo as currently listed on google As: (dated 11/2023 and 12/2023) "try us for FREE for 3 months." I have been on the phone with them three different times. Plus I have also have been down to the store three different times with no corporation. If you have been lied to, or taken advantaged of, or overcharged. please get back to me. I am tired of large corporations taking advantage of the senior citizens, handicapped and citizens of Camarillo, Thank You, Bill Douglas

Sabrina was very pleasant and helpful. I had a technical problem, explained it to her and handed her my phone. In literally less than three minutes, Voila!My problem was solved. Sabrina explained what had caused the problem and how to fix it myself if it happened again..

A good example of a dog and pony show!If you have never been to a circus, here is your opportunity.Honestly I do not know who is responsible for this T-Mobile store... The overall quality and the capacity of the employees that work at this location is concerning.

Horrible service... one of the employees that works didn't greet me when i walked in. Not that i care, but when i saw 3 other ppl walk and that one employee that didn't greet me, he said hi to the other people walking in.. kinda seem weird because they happened to not be a Latino. I just found it weird and rude.. i will not be bringing my business to this location.

Jerry is a fine manager. He is hospitable as well as caring and patient with his trainees. Friendly and diligent he can hear and pay attention at the same time he, is doing a task. This is incredibly valuable worker not only has contentment with being in his position. He seems to Excel and I believe he would be a candidate for further employment opportunities.

Michael helped us today and he was excellent! He upgraded all our phones and internet and all steps were smooth. Michael is friendly, focused and answered all our questions. Highly recommended.

I returned with my new phone with so many questions. Not only that, I had locked myself out. Sabrina deserves a medal for being so patient with my inept abilities with tech. She worked on this problem so diligently, and i came away with a working phone. The people at the T-Mobile on Ventura Blvd are wonderful. All of them are so kind and friendly, patient, and know their phones! Sabrina was the best. I was the lucky one to be greeted and helped by her. She saved my phone. She made my day. I also know I can go back anytime to be helped with any phone problems again.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE AT THIS LOCATION!!! Sabrina, Celeni, Steven, Gerry and Ricky bring top notch service and provide an easy and non-stressful environment which is SO RARE!! I hope Corporate sees this. I refer alot of business to this location! THANKS GUYS!

Went in to see about adding 2 more lines. I was told I needed to hand over my drivers license. I didn't have it on me, asked if they could confirm another way. Was told no. This is how you lose a 20 year customer with 4 lines and adding 2 more.

Ive been with TMobile for 8 years and i never had problem till yesterday. my mom and i wanted to update our phones 3 weeks ago and i guess i came little to late supposly the whole system in the store was down couldnt trade our phone they explain to me call to see if there up one point being here is it should be the responsibility for tech in the store to notify the customer system is back up if im still interested but anywho so i called the system still down and then finally they told me thay would call back. still as today didnt get a call so yesterday i went to tge store see whats going on first thing they said we dont have promotions going to my mom i came from work and my mom explain to me what they told her so i was upset. i confronted the topic and i got lady with color hear that gave sarcasim. so i guess after all that there was a promotion and steven started to help me out cool dude i say. my mom got her phone but i couldnt due to the fact it was damage but 3 weeks ago it wasnt im very careful with my but 2 days dont know what happen to my phone and im out of a phone now right i using my laptop writing this post about a broken promise deal this store needs to train there employees more and be fair not because you see a individual driving a high price call especting to make max out profit ashame of you guys

I went in to T Mobile on Ventura Blvd in Camarillo. Gerry and his new hire, Celine, helped me. They were very patient and kind. I am a senior citizen and appreciate the time they took with me.
