took a couple times to get the quote for condo landloard policy. his advice was sound so the quote was acceptable. when i accepted the quote he told me that i needed to add my car insurance to it. he said he didn't write (this) insurance without bundling in auto. so be sure you ask first if he requires bundling. this is the second time allstate pulled a sneeky stunt like this. shame on me!

Horrible customer service. I work for a mortgage company and sent in a request to have a mortgage clause updated. This is a common standard request that I usually have done by other insurance companies within 20 mins. I faxed in the request 11/17 received confirmation it went through. Figured due to the holidays it may take a little longer. Called to follow up 12/3 was told to fax it again. Faxed it again. I called to follow up 12/4 and talked to Michelle whom was very rude and condescending. I'm not their customer but our mutual customer needs to have this completed in oder to close on their refinance. They are delaying the process for their customer to refinance their home.

Rick Stack is always available to help. He's replied to e-mails I have sent at 10 pm! When I signed on with his agency for car insurance they worked hard to find any discounts I am eligible for, i.e. good driver, teacher. The claim process at Allstate is a breeze.

I needed to add an insurance policy (to my existing collection) and was pleasantly surprised to find this office. They are professional, responsive and intelligent. I ended up switching ALL of my policies in CA to them, and even added a Personal Liability Policy. Shelly was great, as was the owner and his wife. Every time I've dealt with them I've been pleased with their personal service. I highly recommend them for all of your insurance needs.
