They had us wait from 8:30am to 4:30pm to pick up our grandfather despite his pick up window being 8:30-9:00am. The nurse even acknowledged that the doctor was taking forever and there's nothing she could do about it. They take their time here in the ER waiting room and in their general hospital.

They pay for a rideshare ride for their customers but never tip the drivers. Hospital pickups tend to be very complicated. I can't believe they don't tip their drivers. This is supposed to be a Christian organization. They have also mislabeled deaths as COVID deaths to make more money...
