Finally I’ve found the best Sprinter service/repair facility! Instead of the typical repair shop where you speak to a “service advisor” that types into a computer your van’s issues, what you want done, odd error messages, etc, at Sprinter & Benzz you talk face to face with the master technician that does/did the work.
Dui (sp?) spends time with you discussing what needs to be done, what yo expect at the next service -in my case brakes.
I can’t say enough good things about this operation! There’s a distinct feeling of trust, that you’re not going to be sold on a service item that’s not needed. I even asked my wife to come inside to meet Dui when we picked up our 2016 3500 with 68k miles.

The customer service that 1 receives here is absolutely outstanding. Dewy. Is a great Mercedes-Benz mechanic! I've used this business for several years, unfortunately, when you don't work directly with Mercedes-Benz there will be recalls with time limitations that they are unaware of. In my case, I had my van serviced only to have the check engine light come on within 30 days of the service that was performed.Think twice before using a third-party, in my case, I was ultimately responsible for a $4500 repair that if I had my oil change performed by Mercedes-Benz they would've provided the recall free of charge unlike this business that performed regular maintenance where they can make money, but on the critical items, you are left in the dark.Save today but pay more later in this case.

Duy is a one man shop and is very nice and knowledgeable. The dealership can be soooo expensive and this shop is a relief to those dealer prices for service. Shop is clean and he delivers as promised. I will definitely return for our Mercedes needs and support our local businesses in the neighborhood. Thanks Duy!

Duy helped me with repairing my older Mercedes when my check engine light went on due to a failure of an exhaust component. The repair would have cost much more at a dealership. Very knowledgeable and great guy, would recommend!

Sprinter & Benzz Auto Inc. are experts in the repair and maintenance of Mercedes Benz Sprinter Vans. They get the job done quickly and at a reasonable price - much lower than what two local dealerships wanted to charge me. I own a 2014 Pleasure-Way Ascent Campervan built on a high-roof 2013 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 diesel. I brought it in to Sprinter & Benzz with several problems, and Huy, who is a Master Sprinter mechanic, diagnosed the issues, documented his findings with photos, got my approval and completed all work within 36 hours. He is absolutely terrific. I highly recommend Sprinter & Benzz Auto.

I took my 2015 Mercedes cls63 S for service repairs that I thought the car needed. He spent an hour inspecting and diagnosing the car, turns out the car actually was fine and didn’t needed any services at all. I asked him how much I owed himfor his time, he didn’t charge me anything. I was amazed by his honesty, integrity, and professionalism that he showed. Very clean shop and he also was able to squeeze me in such short notices to have my car inspected. Will be coming back for future maintenance or repairs. Bring your Mercedes car trouble here, and Duy, the owner, will totally take care of your car, and you. Clearly he has expert knowledge, but on top of that, he has unquestionable integrity. You trust him and his work. He has everything under control; he told me to arrive at 3p, he was ready, he diagnosed the problem quickly, provided a thorough explanation so I actually understand what an oxygen sensor does, emailed the estimate, and had the job done exactly when he said. Professional,competent, (Mercedes trained),efficient, informative ,personable and hospitable.He was clear about the process and gave us so much insight about our vehicle.His shop is impeccably clean and organized.His pricing is more than fair. Very Professional and extremely knowledgeable on what he's doing. He explains the issues with you thoroughly so you know exactly what you're getting into with your car. For the services that he's done so far for me is by far a better standard than the damn rip off dealerships! Definitely recommended!
