So at 4:45 PM, the store is closed. At 5:15 PM Store remains closed. At 5:51 PM Store remains closed not sure what is going on. Would love to shop here but they're closed.!

Not the largest selection of clothes but the prices are great. I spent $80 for dresses that retail $300. You can’t beat that. Also, 5 stars for service. People were nice but the best part was that mistakenly a removable strap fell at some point. I called when I got home and Brittany found it mailed it me - can you believe that?! What service!

Management is horrible! This store wants to portray a high-end, luxury lifestyle brand when it’s really flea market clothes made in China. Low employee morale, micromanagement management and a store with no direction from management sets the store team up for failure.

I was there yesterday. No one cared to greet nor ask if they can help with sizes or styles. The staff just kept chatting among themselves. It was just me and my mom at the store and all of them were in the counter talking about how understaffed the store is. I couldn't listen anymore so we left. This wasn't the first time I felt unwelcome at this store but they have good prices and that's the only reason why I still go. I wish they can find better employees to match their great price tags.

Boy, did they clean house! All new staff, all new store manager, nobody from the previous team is there. Customer Service is great, was greeted right away, told the promotions, and shared with a nice lady that the previous team was rude and not helpful and she said that a whole new team has taken over. The carpet was vacuumed and the shelves dusted and everything is so neat and organized. It's like night and day. Thank you Splendid team for the amazing customer service and the new asst. manager that helped me pick out a few items for my daughter as Christmas presents over the weekend.

Drove here from LA on a Tuesday 9/7 and got to the store at 5:20pm to find all the lights on but the doors locked. No sign in the window indicating they were closed and the store hours were oddly not posted on the door as usual. Hours posted on Yelp said they were open until 9pm. Seems as though the employee just left??? Very disappointing to drive so far to only find the doors locked!

I just want to say that I have never been in a Splendid store previously however to my surprise they have an outlet! I was walking into Osh Kosh and noticed they had kids mannequins in the front windoow. I thought I'd just peak in and see what they were all about. Not knowing from the outside, they have a HUGE kids selection!! ALL $15! I was in shock, most sets for my daughter were originally $48 I got for $15! The young sales woman was so kind and helped me get all my sizes and was digging in drawers to get me ones that weren't open! Im 100% only going there for my kids clothes!

Absolute dump. The place looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. I've been to Goodwill stores that are more neatly arranged and cleaned up. The thing that really bothered me was that there were three salespeople standing around, gossiping doing nothing else. When I walked in they greeted me and told me about the sale but aside from that they just stood around. I started to take some pictures of the mess and that's why one of the girls noticed and started to clean one of the clothes racks. The counter was a mess there were clothes all over the floor, and the store was very disorganized. As a previous business owner it really upsets me to see that people don't take even the minimum pride in their job. At this rate, this is another business that won't last at Camarillo.

Great clothes, HORRIBLE customer service!! Came in about 20mins to closing time to grab a pair of yoga pants I seen, but the manager (tall blonde hair) was extremely rude! Instead of asking if I needed assistance, she practically pushed me out. She stood at the door holding it open saying "Have a great night". At least twice! I got the hint, so I just left. She lost that sell and future ones, since I will NOT be shopping there anymore!
