I miss the old rite aid location, the new one seems to have smaller selections of items and the aisles are so narrow! BUT I love their beauty section…it’s very open and well stocked. Can’t go wrong with a scoop of ice cream either!

The new Rite Aid location in Camarillo is the nicest Rite Aid I've been to. Everything is neat and clean. Employees and Management were nice and helpful. Hopefully the store doesn't close in the Bankruptcy like others in the area.

I called and asked if they received my medication 9/2. They did and said it was ordered for Tuesday 9/5. I politely told them that’s not what was communicated to me for the brand name I usually get. I was texted a weird text message with a medication I’ve never heard off. Hence, why I called them. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, condescending tone and off putting. A simple, “FDA approved a new generic version and your insurance doesn’t cover it anymore” would been the professional answer.So now I’m unexpectedly out of medication till Tuesday 9/5.

The woman pharmacist that works here is the most rude/ inconsiderate person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. After waiting 10 minutes for her to answer the phone, she proceeds to answer in a manner that leads you to believe that you are inconveniencing her and wasting her time. After inquiring about if my prescription is ready, she very coldly and callously said "I cannot give you that information!" and then hung up the phone on me! Then. I called back the next day to check again on my prescription, hoping to talk to a different pharmacist, but no, unfortunately it was the same rude woman. She again yelled at me and told me that she couldn't give me the info over the phone, which I have NEVER heard of that before, and then hangs up on me AGAIN before i can even have a chance to ask any other follow-up questions! After seeing the other one star reviews of other poor patients dealing with the same disrespectful woman, I cannot believe that Rite Aid Pharmacy hasn't gotten rid of her. I will NEVER have my prescriptions filled here again!

The staff is very kind, and friendly. We always strike up a conversation. They’re stock is almost always full, ofc there are times a product runs out but it gets refilled pretty quickly. I really enjoy the ice cream they have there, so many options that look great. The Animal circus cookie one is a new favorite of mine, that was recommended by an employee. Great place

I finally visited the new location and I was immediately impressed with how clean and organized it was. Everything was labeled and it was easy to locate what I needed. It looked like the employees took the time to keep things lined up perfectly on the shelves. (My OCD approved!) Thank you!

Really nice store and I was having to get a prescription filled while visiting and the store manager and pharmacist went out of their way to help me. Very much appreciated and the employees are friendly and helpful also.

This Rite Aid needs to learn customer service. I haven't seen scooped Thrifty's ice cream since I was a little girl. Was in there showing my daughter all of the flavors of ice cream I used to eat but not wanting any. The cashier rudely said, "if you want ice cream, you'll have to stand in line." We were just looking. We were going to buy other items as some of our party was shopping but after that, no way. I told them to put it all back and stated to the cashier that he was out of line. He said he was having a bad day. Not a customer's issue when we were just observing the flavors. Back in the day, Thifty's had an ice cream servers. Second time we did go for ice cream, the cashier said the same thing. Is it a crime to look at the flavors before you buy? What a joke!! If it's such an issue, place a sign on the ice cream station stating you need to wait in line. Lame. Making paying customers feel like idiots for just looking is just lame when we all know you need business. Rite Aid, figure it out. I don't think any profitable business model teaches employees to make customers feel uncomfortable.

The pharmacy quit notifying patients of prescriptions being ready for pickup...for some reason. Not only an imposition for patients...but also for employees that now have to take \\\"live calls\\\" from people wanting to know if prescriptions are ready.
