We love this pharmacy! Dr Patel and the whole crew are so wonderfully helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We've been going here for years and appreciate their convenient and excellent service.

I am a chronically ill patient and every month
it is like pulling teeth for this pharmacy to give me my medication. They lie and change days supply and they change the dates my medication is due so I can’t have it, causing me horrible anxiety.
And it is very hard to get all the way to this pharmacy to get my medication twice a month.
** see photo of what they do, my prescription is 30 days; they changed it to 500 days supply is that legal?
4/25/24 Update- Today the pharmacist told me in the she was too busy to fill my prescription and to call later. Today is day 31, she was so mean she made me cry. The pharmacist should be fired and the pharmacy shut down.

I saw the pharmacy manager be incredibly rude to another customer so much that it made me uncomfortable .

The pharmacy manager Vishnu Patel is incredibly rude and passive aggressive. He is incredibly empathetic and made me feel like I was being talked down on . It's not fair that just because he is in charge of the pharmacy he thinks he can have a bad attitude. I called to file a complaint and all he said was basically it was my fault and problem for feeling that way which is ridiculous and dismissive . I'm considering changing pharmacies just because of this rude man who thinks he's above everyone else .

Another person and I were at the Camarillo Ralph's Bakery Dept 8/23 waiting for our turn to be helped. When the employee finished helping the customer before us, without saying a word, she just walked away, leaving us there waiting to be helped. The customer that was waiting at the same time as me, went to call the manager. I asked the employee why she had walked away knowing we were waiting to be helped. I could not believe her response. She said "I have other things to do"

Awful deli experience today. At store around 4:30 PM Today. Third in line at deli counter. Two employees behind counter. They were having issues with one scale, other functional. Employee with short ponytail leaves with customers waiting. After about 5 min she comes back, takes my order then proceeds to leave again. Comes back but instead of fulfilling my order, plays around with broken scale. Doesn't say one word to me. Have to give other employee my order which was for one item. First employee doesn't say a word and when I confront her that she should at least have communicated to me that second employee was going to handle the order, completely ignores me! Then to top it off, had asked for 3/4 lb turkey and employee brings me 1/4 lb!!! Very poor service and complete lack of understanding as to what good customer service is. To me, seems department needs a lot of coaching!

Love this store a man named Ara was so helpful . He's an amazing employee, keeper . Yes can't beat that middle age, all about great customer service . I recommend this store .

Employees don't know where things are and aren't willing to help. I asked for help and the employee said "sorry I don't know" and walked away. Too expensive. I prefer Vons because of their deals and coupons.

Regular user of this pharmacy,Always courteous, supportive, calls your doctor when you need a refill. Great service for years.

If you want something in convenient this is the place. I wouldn't consider it as a market shops as some items are scarce. Such as; meat veggies and other cooking amenities. Asides from that staff are very kind and helpful.

The stars are only for the employees behind the counter in the meat department- at first, I'd thought it was just my imagination but the after the 3rd time, I am right- it looks like they have a shortage of people on the clock every time I have gone in. I am helped eventually but I almost feel like I am waiting at the DMV for my cold cuts, shrimp, etc. That is enough to make me go to Vons next time. They just always seem short handed and its frustrating waiting and I'm sure just as frustrating for whoever is working back there, trying to cover 5 people waiting in line. Unless they're all hiding in back- but I doubt it lol- Ralphs management- Get some more help!!!!Im not the only one who has noticed this.

Love this pharmacy, great staff, pills always counted correctly and they always have my medication ready in timely manner.. very satisfied with Ralph's pharmacy...

I don't shop here often, but the staff has always been very helpful and hard working! They are always busy but maintain a professional attitude, from what I have seen. I left my cell phone in a cart outside today. Ran back in to get something when I realized, but a customer had picked up the cart. I let the manager know and she made an announcement right away. Took a few minutes but my phone was returned after the shopper heard the announcement. The employee working the self checkout was extremely busy. Probably could have used some help but he was constantly running back and forth, and was pleasant, friendly and efficient. Wow- this staff is amazing compared to most local area stores. They need to be acknowledged for going above and beyond. P.S. Their shopping carts ROCK. I actually try to go there more often because I like the carts.
