I’ve never known a bank to be so not-user friendly in my entire life. I opened my first bank account here when I was young and since have moved over to a different bank due to lack of branches. I still have an account with them because I have random things attached to this account and let me tell you- the amount of stress this bank has added to my life is insane- especially since I barely use it. They put random holds on my debit card and calling customer service has historically been a waste of 30 minutes since they have no idea what’s going on. Nothing ever works with this bank and the app and website is incredibly outdated. Anyone who I’ve talked to is in agreement. Please. There’s so many banks that don’t charge $7/month just to bank there that are so much better.

The employees are really helpful very friendly, there's never a wait and you're in and out quickly. My only complaint is they close at "4 o'clock"EVEN ON FRIDAY! WTF?? I'm pretty sure banks are essential, if "BASKIN ROBINS 31-FLAVORS" can be open then the frickin bank definitely should be!

By far one of the best banks in-town. They go above and beyond to take care of my need. Carole and her staff have superb customer service. You dont really ever have to wait in line because they take care of the transactions efficiently. I commend Rabobank in Camarillo. Thank you for what you do.

They are very friendly there and always remember my name. As stupid as this sounds, they have excellent customer service and I like that. I have free checking because I keep the minimal amount in, so it's no big deal. They have a drive through window too which is nice, especially when the kids are in the car. Once they put some balloons in the receipt because they heard I had kids in the car. I thought that was pretty cool.
