Quest can do all the medical testing much easier than an actual medical office most of the time, as far as blood tests, etc.

Made a 12:20 appointment. It’s now 12:52…still waiting. I’m dizzy from not eating and waiting in the waiting room is making me sick.

Fast In and out trip at Quest for my Saturday appointment. Phlebotomist was skilled and a pleasant person. Received my lab results the next day. Overall great experience.

I'm extremely impressed at your efficient process. I booked my appt received an email that told me to check in by clicking the link below. When I got to the parking lot I did so, and walked up the stairs into the waiting area and was called right away. Gabby did and excellent job of taking my blood didn't feel it. Great process!!

The phlebotomist who took my blood was the absolute worst. It started when she was facing away from me and I guess she was at the computer inputting something. I heard a question about insurance;as I was in a room with a short divider with another phlebotomist and another customer AND I have a hearing deficit; I didn’t know who had spoken, and who they were talking to…I made the mistake of saying “ were you talking to me”? Apparently she thought I was being difficult ( I guess with her back turned to me, not being able to see her face, and not knowing her voice over the other patient / tech in the room ) I should have known someone was talking to me. From there, it all went downhill. I’ve had blood drawn, maybe 25 times in the last year alone and by far this is the most painful time I’ve ever experienced., of course I’m only 77 years old. What the hell would I know? It seemed to me that this person went way out of their way to make this the most painful drawing of blood I’ve ever had in my life or she is so inept she should be fired before she hurts anybody else.
I think it might have been the first time I ever shouted it out’ Jesus Christ’ as she put the needle in. I know you were unlikely to do anything about this person, but know this: I will go out of my way to go to hospitals in the future that do not send their specimens to your lab, but do it in the house. I never want to see another penny of my insurance money, go to you.
is that enough of a comment for you?

Assembly-line ambience- NO ONE is at the front reception area, (ever, according to one woman ahead of us) besides weary looking patients. Did the pandemic do this to them or did quest decide that their clients aren't worth the time and effort for a little customer service and care? Just.. sign in on a little screen, sit down and hope for the best? I hate this place, had to take a family member here. It was insulting, the lack of service and care. Just avoid! Or complain loudly!

I made an appointment and arrived early hoping to maybe be seen earlier. I had to wait and ended up about 30 min after my appointment time. People who walked in were seen sooner. I should have walked in with no appointment.

Customer Service at Quest is extremely poor. Wait times for even appointments is always late. Walk-in possibilities are a complete joke...they will try and take appointments early to avoid taking walk-ins. I sat with my 11yo daughter for 5 hours trying to get a blood test for a serious situation she was experiencing. We ended up getting a cancelled appointment, otherwise we wouldn't have been seen (not ok as some people need to make unexpected walk-ins). An older man waited (FASTING) 9 hours before I helped him get an appointment. 3 other older people on the walk-in list weren't seen. The workers were rude and understaffed. I could go on..
