I spent $23k on repairs for my Range Rover in June/July 2024 with Premier Coach and upon receiving it back after about 2 months in their shop, the paint on the affected areas was falling off in 6 different locations. The top panel that they repainted was also noticeably thin. There were also errors on the gaskets for water sealing, additionally multiple areas where gaps in the body work was noticeable. They did offer to bring it back in and touch up the places where the paint was chipping but this would've been obviously noticeable as well. I felt the work was very sub par and would not return, nor would I recommend this shop to anyone else.

Hands down one of the best body shops in town. Barbara and their staff were very professional and always kept me in the loop during the time my car was being fixed. The color of my car is a special color, which is not a color from the factory. They were able to match the color perfectly. Even assisted me with arranging my rental car for the time they had my vehicle. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I was referred by my insurance company, and they did a great job! They stored our car for a couple weeks while we were gone on vacation. They also vacuumed and washed it. It was beautiful!

A few words about my recent experience with Premier Coach Auto Collision in Camarillo California.
I have done business with a few local body shops in the past. But none as friendly, professional, or helpful as Premier Coach. They did a fantastic job for me. The repair job they performed on my Mercedes is near perfect. The color match is right on the money. And they really went above and beyond what most body shops would do.
The car is insured with a very reputable company. But as common in these situations, they did not offer enough money to bring the car back to a suitable condition.
Premier reassured me that they would resubmit a more accurate estimate, and correct the problem. George was my agent. And he did a super job making this happen!
I could not be more happy with my experience here. And will not hesitate to use Premier again. They are highly recommended by me. My thanks to the whole crew!

The work was done well. Make sure to follow-up if early in the process you are told they will call you when to bring the car in. Two weeks went by after the insurance claim was approved. I called and they hadn't done anything with my claim - it fell through the cracks. This is not reflective of work quality - that part I'd rate 5 stars. Just keep on top of it, because they may not. It's a really busy shop.
