Samahi is the best! She was the only worker in there that took her time to show me items in the store and helped me around made me feel welcomed and this is after I left the women's department and walked to the men's.

I stopped by here for buying kids clothes for my friend. I asked the guy if there are more sweat pants for boys and he just mentioned there are more behind the shelf.It wasn't so helpful.I was looking around and the lady name Sonia asked me if I need help. She was very helpful and attentive. She even told me how to get coupon to register my info on text. I got 15% off because of her. Thank you.I will come here again if I need it and ask Sonia for sure.

It’s worth the drive, loved the options. Not all items are discounted but the ones I was looking for were. Either way I Love Polo Ralph Lauren and will definitely be back!

My 86 year old brother with dementia needed new clothes for his move into a new senior housing facility. Finding something easy to put on &, take off can be a challenge. This transition is intimidating, scary, and overwhelming. Fingers aren't as nimble at this age, remembering how to zip something with assistance can be utterly frustrating. With coupons in hand and determination we journeyed to Camarillo Outlet Mall. The week of Christmas! Did I mention this is 1 day before Christmas? Overwhelmed by merchandise- ( & the crowds ) , my brother asked if someone could personally help him. Then the angel BEN appeared. A Christmas Miracle!!!!He spent the next hour patiently listening to my brother's needs and concerns. He special ordered things for him, all the while it seemed like 100 people swooped in on him and asked for help.All at once. Ben waited on EVERYONE! RL is so lucky to have this young man as an employee. Really, their team is supportive and gives amazing feedback. My brother now feels more confident in this next chapter of his life facing new challenges. His confidence was restored. Such a pleasure and relief. We saved $400 with coupons. Worth the trip. Thank you Ben!!

This review is solely about the sales associate Claudia. I haven't seen service like this from a general sales associate in a long time. She was beyond helpful and went above and beyond helping me get my shopping done. This store honestly doesn't deserve her. What a gem!
