When I arrived at the store, I spotted the large bag of dog food I had ordered in the pickup area and informed the associate that I was there to collect it, suspecting it was mine. He checked, said it wasn't, and went to the back of the store. Meanwhile, I grabbed a cart. He returned, claimed it wasn't there, and started assisting another customer. Observing the packing list on the dog food, I realized it was indeed a different order, as clearly indicated on the slip. I approached the associate to confirm if he was still assisting me, but he dismissed me to get more help. Another associate arrived, equally bewildered by the mix-up. Eventually, I took the bag and left, frustrated by the poor service. We decided to leave behind $60 worth of items we initially intended to buy, considering the service wasn't worth it. Given that prices are the same elsewhere, I might opt for online shopping next time to avoid such issues.The other customer in line mentioned she doesn't use the pickup option for that same reason.Don't offer a service you are unable to provide well.

Jess did a superb job and gave my dog the perfect schnauzer cut. I’ve been looking for a good one around Camarillo and finally found one I’m comfortable with. She did a fantastic job.Excellent!

I am living temporarily in Camarillo with a dog and two cats who have stomach issues (they're pukers). The cats eat Science Diet Sensitve Stomach which is a bit expensive. I joined the points program and straight away received a $20 coupon off Science Diet. Then there was another sale which I took advantage of and had it delivered too. The cat food came the next day! Excellent service!

FEELING BLESSED TO HAVE FOUND THIS PLACE!!!! I just went in today for the first time ever!!! I have a dog with enzyme pancreatic sufficiency whose health was declining in 2020 and diagnosed January 2020. The journey of recovery did not stop there and led me to a lot of learning about dog’s diets and what she needed in particular. We left kibble after trying many, many, brands of many, many prices with the same dog health issues. We went to cooking for our dog and buying enzymes. She got better but wasn’t at 100. We finally went RAW which I couldn’t find that type of product in 2022 in Ventura. It led to DIY and ordering online to be shipped from Northern California. MY DOG HAS BEEN REBORN AGAIN WITH THE TRANSFORMATION SHE HAS HAD ON A RAW DIET. We are still learning and getting more knowledgeable. We came across Stella and chewy’s raw products and now needed to find where it was locally if possible and affordable! I was HAPPY to find on Stella and Chewy’s website that Pet Food Supplies had the raw food and at a great price! I zipped over there today from Ventura and WAS RELIEVED TO FIND WHAT I NEEDED! THANK YOU FOR OPENING THIS STORE AND HAVING THIS PRODUCT!!! I will keep checking in for raw food here and be telling others! I’m always advocating for dogs to be on raw food.

So thankful for the roundabout way I discovered this place! Large and fully stocked with everything you can imagine. Helpful and knowledgeable Family run staff. (Tori is the sweetest person EVER!) They really know their pet nutrition and their prices are very reasonable. I'm still discovering all their various goods and services. Don't hesitate, it's all here and more!

I feel very bad about the care of the birds in the window. The large cockatoo is NOT COVERED at night and with cold temps in the 40's next to a window I think that is wrong! Also the two cockateils next to the window are not covered and have blood on the back side of the white one. The floor and cage area is very dirty I realize that Cockatoo's have a white power issue but these birds need better care especially if its a Pet store. If the owner is reading this at least keep your bird cage clean and the area around them and cover them up at night being next to the window is abuse! With the head lights that come into the parking area at night for Donuts and Coffee those birds are scared and just need love. I will not support your store due to this issue! I thought you would at least have cages in the back to put the birds to bed or you take them home but that is not the case! They are stressed and picking at their feathers that should tell you something! Your store is also over priced and not clean due to the birds. At least clean the floor and don't use that cob just use a vaccum on it. Very sad and animal abuse!

Friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of pet food, treats, toys and lots of accessories that need. This is the only place that we purchase dog food.

If I could leave a zero review I would. I was walking my dog at night when I saw these poor birds with no privacy and blaring lights hitting them. They have number of birds and they had all seemed wide awake. The biggest birds seemed the most alarmed and uncomfortable, but you can see from the images all the birds seem uncomfortable and not covering to assist with their privacy. They had blaring LED lights directly towards their cages and total exposure from the window, no privacy from the parking lot or noises from passerbys. What in the world made them believe this would be comfortable for the birds?! I was really hoping to go inside and see what the store offers but just by the way they treat their birds, it made me believe they truly don't care for the animals and they think they are just objects to showcase. It's a total disappointment.

Small Mom & Pop pet store with a huge selection of pet food (fresh and dried) along with treats and toys. Very high quality for your furbaby and prices are comparable. They prices re lower for the food I buy, so I'm willing to drive a little out of my way. Can't decide. Associates are very knowledgeable and can steer you in the right direction.
