After 20 years of going to PVAH and Dr. Khurana I was told by him that I no longer was welcome because they did not like my attitude, take my Asthma cat and go somewhere else. If Khurana does not like you this is the way he acts.

Khurana. doesn't even deserve a one star, my cat was putdown by him. forst of all he wanted to give her a urine test. I didnt take her in for that. she had black lesion, well he took the sample them tells me she had a urine infection. I could eithergive her pills or be given an injection of antibiotic. The injection was known to cause side effects and it did, , cat went down hill and got really worse. I took her in and he said she needed to be in the hospital and given fluid. I came back that afternoon and they took a long time bringing her out. i got her and she was unconscious or something. sphe said she was sleeping. Bull she was worse than before. she never got back up. she woke up but her quality of life never returned. i wished I never took her to him. she had to be put to sleep. He didn't give her a sedative first, but had the Vet tech hold her by her chest while the doc give her the barbiturate, I had my hand on her head and suddenly her head dropped I junked my hand away and gasped. I wouldn't send any of my pets back of my pets back to him ver again. Be warned.

I had a one year old kitten who, I thought, had a bad fall. He had a big bump on his face above one eye one day. I wasn't able to get into our regular vet and took him here. I was pleased with the amount of compassion and information we got. Unfortunately, after being seen, the following days he got worse. Again I was able to easily get him in to be seen. The progressive rate his bump was getting worse and causing more problems, it became clear it was a brain tumor. We had to make the ultimate decision to put him out of his rapidly increasing misery and let him go. They were so informative, understanding and compassionate. It was my 5yo sons cat. They allowed him to be involved in the process and had him hold and love on him during the injection. I appreciate that they didn't question us as parents, we wanted to teach a big life lesson. We weren't about to lie or be deceptive. Honestly, I think he took the overall experience better because he was involved. We got to take him home and bury him, he gets to put flowers on his grave and talk to him when he wants. The office sent us a card signed by every employee. Personal notes inside. It took me by surprise. It's that extra personal touch that solidified my confidence that this is a dedicated, loving vets office. The whole staff was so friendly, supportive and helpful.

After having a horrible experience, I found Dr.K, they were able to see me the same day I called. I dint need to make an appointment since my dog need it to be seen as an emergency. Stuff was very professional. Dr.K took X-rays and prescribe medications to my Frenchie. I'm so glad they took me in the same day to help my dog who was in terrible pain. I can't wait to go back to my now new vet. Thank you Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital.

If you love your babies, bring them here. Staff and Dr. are not only amazing but very empathetic of whatever situation or concerns you may bring to them. My Bella was seen immediately both times I took her in and this last time she was taken into surgery within less than an hr after calling them for support. I can only express gratitude for the whole staff and relieve knowing I have Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital near by for my babies.

Dr. Khurana is one of the most arrogant deceptive people I have ever met. He does not accurately communicate any of the information, and then does not take ownership of mistakes. Strongly recommend taking your business to another Vetinary clinic for honesty and integrity. #stayaway

In response the owner's response, we have the phone records showing that both she and I called your facility. Coincidentally, we both called at the same exact time. My theory is you had two different workers who answered our calls and had zero communication with each other. How dare you assume we have the wrong facility. You guys dropped the ball.

This guy was no help, felt like he just wanted us in and out . Not very comforting but not a lot of vets are in my experience. But I found a good one now. Had to go through 2 of these vets and the third one helped save our dogs. Life.

Our local vet of 20plus years retired- soooo we had to find a new one ASAP When our dog started having pain in her hind area. My friend recommended Dr. and he didn't disappoint. We called and Danielle got us in quickly and her X-ray showed spinal stenosis. Which answered why she is having issues and now we can effectively manage and help her feel better. The prices for X-ray and office are reasonable and are competitive from what I have been told. Now we have a new vet, and grateful for the awesome care Nala received- Stephanie even called us the next day to she how Nala was doing! Top notch!!

My cats have been patients here for the last several years and I have been very pleased with the care and treatment we have all received. We have primarily seen Dr. K and have been greeted and helped by Danielle and Stephanie. They have been able to get us in when needed and have taken good care of all of us. I am pleased and will continue to use their clinic for my kitties' care.
