Terrible customer service. We encountered 2 separate ladies and they were both rude. They greated us when we walked in but as soon as we said we are in for a return they were super rude and short. I said thank you after the transaction and I got a uh-huh in return. We will NEVER shop here again!!

Terrible customer service. I went in to buy a certain cologne but they were out of stock. When asked to show me some alternatives, the women clerk got super annoyed, short tempered, and threw down 3 random scents. Super disrespectful. Never going back. Thankfully I was able to find what I was looking for somewhere else.

I visited here on Sunday, Aug 6, 2023 around 2-3pm There were 2 girls working 1 helping the men's side and 1 who totally barged at us as soon as we walked in! I went specifically for a popular TikTok perfume but wanted to look around The girl was SO rude! When I told her we were just looking, she said, "You can't just shop for perfume by looking, you have to smell it." Which I get is true, but the way she said it was extremely sarcastic AND I actually wanted to LOOK. I hate smelling a ton of perfumes because it gives me a headache. Then, my friend and I asked about travel-sized perfumes and she showed us the refillable perfume bottles, which we've had before and didn't really like. I'm looking around while she's talking and she literally says, "I'm showing you something, watch!" I left immediately I cannot believe this girl talked to us the way she did. We went to Saks and dropped $300 on a full-sized bottle. Never stepping in this place again!!

The clerk here was so rude to me. I will never go back. The sad thing is their sale was better than the fragrance shop. Too bad they would rather not sell their products to someone in the market than a ten year old smelling every perfume.

i waited my turn and when it was finally my turn to be checked out the woman had asked me if i had been helped to which i said no because i wasn't. the other worker claimed she helped me and said i lied about it to my face . i wasn't aware of the poor attitudes before as it was my first time in the store.
