I couldn't change a perfume because I opened it and how will I know if I like it without opening it.

Terrible customer service. We encountered 2 separate ladies and they were both rude. They greated us when we walked in but as soon as we said we are in for a return they were super rude and short. I said thank you after the transaction and I got a uh-huh in return. We will NEVER shop here again!!

Horrible customer service came in today to buy a cologne and the lady employee treated every customer who came in with disrespect made everyone feel uncomfortable no need for this behavior at a store
