The contractor was on time and finished the deck project in a reasonable time frame. There were some minor punch list items at end of the project. The contractor came back and completed the work. I would recommend this contractor.

All Climate fixed a leaky solatube in my kitchen. I found them online and called bc of their website and positive reviews and BBB rating. Lucy was amazing to interact with starting with intitial call back, she was prompt and attentive and thorough in her all her communications (texts, calls, emails) for planning/scheduling work. Charile and his team did great high quality work, from set up to clean up. I am very pleased with finished project and would highly recommend them. Because they are smaller operation, lead time may be longer than with other places, but they are worth the wait. Thanks to All Climate for their quality customer service and workmanship! In today's world, that is getting harder and harder to come by.

Excellent reputation, reasonable estimate for replacing roof tiles/paper. On removing same, discovery of multiple rotted plywood roof panels, rats' nests, two beehives(!), fascia and exterior decorative rafters that were riddled with dry rot and termites. This doubled the cost due to large amounts of structural work that needed to take place. Plywood replaced with heat reflective panels, all contaminated insulation replaced, all fascia replaced/painted to match, rafters custom crafted and replaced where necessary and capped externally with new fascia improving the "curb appeal" of the house. Large area rear roof with multiple vents/two skylights that had long been a problem with recurrent leaks received a second membrane covering on top of tar paper before new roof tiles were glued in place in this area to avoid nail punctures contributing to new leaks. Metal edging overlapping fascia from under roof tiles all around, all painted to match existing house color. New skylights x 3 replacing old with massively increased light transmission and reduced heat gain. Peaks and various areas of ridge edges sealed with colored mortar. Detailed instructions given on routine servicing in future of roof drains, etc. New wider gutters installed replacing aged damaged ones, again painted to match. Replacement metal fireplace custom made "caps" still pending to be made/installed. One "step-through" hole in interior ceiling wallboard pending repair and repainting of that entire ceiling to match current color, at their cost. At each step, the head of the company spent time walking us around the house to point out problems and often suggest more than one option for solution, often with cost savings. A 5 week job of full crew working all day six days a week.

Best roofing company in my experience in this area. I have a very complicate roofing situation, Lucy and Charlie are very patient working out the logistics and various options. Due to some reason I have to postpone the roof replacement for 4-5 months. They offered a complimentary tarfing service to my leaking roof at the last minute before a storm. Charlie and his team were like trained army soldiers being punctual, quick, precise for a highly efficient and quality job! I was truly amazed watching them doing the work. I feel lucky to have found them and feel very confident to put the new roof project in their hands.

Easy to work with, showed up on time, worked full days, and completed the tear off and replacement of the roof in 2.5 days. They even painted all the vent pipes black to match roof....it looks amazing.

All Climate Painting & Remodelling is a family owned business of husband & wife team of Lucy & Charles Petri. I had the opportunity of hiring Lucy and her crew a while back who did a fantastic job in repainting our whole family room. Not only did they make my family room look so much better, Lucy even helped me picked the color and gave me helpful insights how certain color textures impact different areas of the house. Lucy is very professional, knowledgeable and straightforward.I recently reached out to Lucy and husband & business partner, Charles, who is a General Contractor and requested a quote to replace our old wooden patio cover. Charles was very gracious with his time and walked me through the entire process of the rebuild. However, we ultimately decided on replacing our patio cover with the vinyl material instead of wood. Lucy remained respectful and understanding of our decision. I will not hesitate to reach out to this company should I require their services in the future.
