You sit in your car, they change your oil and check fluids, tire pressure, etc. They ask you questions and show you what they have done. If they notice anything wrong with the engine or leaks they will let you know and can show you on the spot. Friendly service and I was in and out in 20 min.

Hello everyone I do NOT recommend you come here to this oil change mechanic place because the workers are super unprofessional especially this one worker there named Camaroon and to be honest I really don’t think they know what there doing. Out of all mechanics this one ended up messing something up in my car and now of course they won’t take responsibility for it when they should since there the ones who caused my car to have problems. My car was working fine before coming to this place. But I’m just doing you all a favor and saying DO NOT COME to this place.Services: Transmission

This review is based on my first visit (and probably my last) to this shop for an oil change. I give one star to both the headquarters of this company, and to the local owner of this shop for putting your technicians in the uncomfortable position of having to ASK customers for tips. At the end of my visit: I was asked by the technician to press a choice of two buttons -- one to leave a tip, and one to not leave a tip. I pressed the button opting not to leave a tip. The technician was visibly disappointed, and to be honest, the look of disappointment on his face ruined my day.I'm not against tipping. I tip pizza delivery drivers 20% or more. I also tip servers at sit-down restaurants 20% even if the service and/or food are no up to standard.Update your Point of Sale (POS) system so that your technicians DON'T need to ASK customers to press a tip button, AND so that your customers are not put in an uncomfortable position when they don't believe your type of business requires tipping. Better yet, charge your customers a few dollars more and pass on the extra fees to your technicians. I will gladly pay ten to twenty dollars more per visit so long as I am not asked to tip.Tipping has really gotten out of control! I stopped going to Starbucks for this reason. I am also not likely to patronize any business that asks me to tip.Service: Oil change
