I keep selecting 21” in the filter for a BMX bike and it still keeps showing me 20” on their website they need to fix that

Walked in to look for some bike gloves, was ignored the entire time. Finally found some gloves I liked and when I went up to the counter to purchase them was still ignored, waited 5 min for someone to acknowledge us. Nothing.

Really kind staff gave me a quick estimate of my junky old bike. Unfortunately it wasn't worth saving. They did inform me of an ongoing sale they had to purchase a new bike. I declined but appreciated the consideration.

Bought a Santa Cruz from them. Worked closely with Mario. Really appreciate him keeping me in the loop in the order process. I added on a power meter crank and they credited retail for the crank that came with the bike and only charged me the difference. That was pretty cool so I appreciate that level of individual attention to sales. Will definitely buy my next Santa Cruz, maybe a blur shortly, from then again.My only point of constructive criticism would be to be open Monday through Saturday. Not being open Monday and Tuesday is a bit of a drag.

Great customer service! I came in for a tire repair super fast definitely on the cheaper side and the gentleman helped me pick out a lock and helped me set the combo. Great job very clean very professional and friendly!

I was long due a new racing road bike. I had been looking online and was completely perplexed. I had no idea what to get nor what to do. On a whim I went to NP bike shop. It was the best decision I've made. Warren and the rest of the NP team are awesome! They recommended a great new bike and got me fitted right away. The bike is ready to go and fully equipped to get me racing again! Thank you to Warren and the NP team for the top quality customer service!

A great experience. I use my mountain bike constantly in my daily life to shoot around town. They did a great tune up for a very reasonable price. They are busy enough that you should call to make an appointment for service, and to give them time to get a part if needed. I dropped my bike off at 10AM, and it was ready at noon. Great service
