This was the first time getting New Balance and I was nervous but Rudy (one of the workers) and he was so incredibly patient with me and helped me through the whole process! He scanned my feet with the scanner to help me identify what shoe size and shape I need! When looking through the different shoes he helped suggest several different shoes and his honest opinion on the product! It was so helpful to have honest opinion helping me steer away from shoes that would hurt my feet and only suggesting the types of shoe that I was looking for! When I get my next New Balance shoes I would 100% work with Rudy again! I’m very grateful for his help!

Not many people working , there’s no help no one to ask questions , there were hardly any people for a Monday night but still no help . I needed work shoes , my husband was an expert on shoes so he helped me look for what I needed . Shoes are comfy but tight when I chose my own size . I chose one size bigger but they are loose . I hope this works out . Or I’m going to return them .

As a size 7 Wide needing arch support, it is very tough finding shoes in stock and someone to talk me through getting the right fit. Richie at the Camarillo outlet went above and beyond to help me order, re-order, and find the perfect shoe. He earned a long-time customer, and as long as New Balance keeps the quality up (especially for arch support in Vongo), I'll begetting my next pair here. Thanks Richie!
