Great experience, ordered online, got additional discounts. Watch arrived within a week. Was a little big and took to a local jeweler who removed one link and it fits perfect now. Get tons of compliments and it feels great.

I ordered a watch (coach) online and received it very fast. The watch was so beautiful and since I have a small wrist I needed to resize it, so when I called the store they were so friendly and said to go there and they would take care of me. The next day, I went and in less than five minutes, I was on my way wearing my beautiful watch with a big smile. I'm truly happy with the merchandise, which was 60% off, and the customer service was 100% excellent. I highly recommend it.

This place has really bad customer service. Took my Movado in for a simple battery replacement. Service took about 10 to 15 min and I waited in the store while they performed the service. When I received it back, I noticed white specs of dirt inside the main face of the watch. I have a black Bold style Movado and anything inside the face is really noticeable. When I showed this to them, they said, "it must have already been there". I immediately assured them it wasn't since the battery has never been replaced or the watch opened for that matter. I purchased this watch directly from the Movado website directly, so I know I am the first owner. They claim there is no way dirt could have gone to the inner face of the watch simply by changing the battery since the area is sealed off from the inner face. I had them re open the back of my watch so they can show me this. After a dirty and worried look, he brought out his tools and started removing the back side of the watch to expose the battery. First thing I noticed was that the area is not sealed completely with the other side of the watch that has the main face and dials etc. and I did see areas where dirt, dust, can go through the other side showing in the main face. After a heated discussion they did not agree anything needed to be done because of its insignificance.?????????? They didn't offer any type of solution or repair, nothing! My beautiful elegant expensive watch is ruined and have these people in Camarillo to thank. Stay away from this place, they have really bad service and as you can see, can't even replace a battery without ruining and expansive watch.

I appeared to be the only customer in the store as time was counted in the remaining hour & as some stores were closed for the day. I received help through Jeremi in trying successfully to align the Connect watch (which I purchased over a year ago) with my phone & bought a cobalt blue sapphire type. Thanks, guys!

I received my watch (ordered online; delivered through the mail) and I was actually very happy, UNTIL I noticed that it doesn't work! Needless to say, I was a bit stressed out but I went with the assumption that it was a dead battery. I emailed the Movado Company Store to give them a chance to resolve this by sending me a new battery (that's all I asked for); that was 10 days ago and they still haven't replied. I'm NOT happy that I have to already make a trip (and incur the expense) to my local watch/jewelry store to get the battery replaced on a supposedly brand new watch! So, I thought I'd warn others that you may buy a watch that doesn't work when you receive it. It's a shame that companies still don't back up what they're selling. The customer service for this company is non-existent, and I won't be buying from them ever again.

I was buying a smart watch when i asked the sales lady whats the return policy she said 30 days she never pointed the store policy sign, when within 30 day i tried to return it they kept pointing at the store policy they didn't care about anything because the made the sale i would never buy any movado watches thank to them

I only buy Movado watches and this is the place to buy them at a discounted price, I refuse to buy a Movado from any other store.
