I came in for a tire repair/patch. They've got some odd corporate policies (also understandable for safety reasons), but the friendly staff made all the difference and they were very helpful! I'll be a returning customer!

This shop has been so helpful every time I needed help! About 5 times in the last few years. They are quick with the tire delivery and mounting, all within 24 hrs I had new tires with the best price around, and I called around. Felicity was so helpful and sweet and gave me honest feedback about the tires I was ordering. She helped me from the call and order of my tires to checking me in and out. Joshua and Eddie were superb as well! Everyone ! The shop and office is always clean and cool with a funny movie on too;) Good energy. I highly recommend this shop! Thank you Mountain View Tire!!

I’m Traveling With My Mom And Brother And We Woke Up To A Screw In Our Tire And Thankfully, In The Heat Of A Panic By My Mom, Mark Came Through And Helped Us Out With Ease And It Was Free Which Helped Calm The Nerves Stress. Much Appreciated Mark !

UPDATE: they replied with a # to call. I've called every day this week and I've been transferred directly to voicemail every time. I'm still waiting to talk to someone. Also called the store manager who has ignored me to this point. I guess they don't want customers.
So, I ordered a set of tires and booked an application online. I showed up for my appointment and they didn't have my tires. A call would have been nice. The guy says he'll order the tires and they will be at the store the next day. So I make an appointment for the day after that.
I showed up and they have my tires but they don't show me as having an appointment. So it takes all day to get the tires and there isn't time for the alignment. So I made an appointment for a few days later.
I showed up for the appointment and I'm told the alignment rack isn't working. Again, a phone call would have been nice to save me the hassle. I'm told I could go to the Oxnard store, but I'm only a couple of blocks from this location. I'm not going to Oxnard without an appointment and waiting who knows how long before they even look at it.
Girl says she will call me as soon as they part comes in to fix the rack. A few days go by and no phone call. So I call to see if it's fixed and of course it is but I didn't get a call.
So I make an appointment for Friday at 2 pm. Should be plenty of time. Nope. They didn't even touch it. They tell me I can get it and bring it back in the morning or just leave it. Didn't NEED the car that night so I decjde to leave it.
I'm told someone will get to it first thing in the morning. That was 9 hours ago and nobody has touched my car yet.

My brother and I live super close to this shop and earlier we were riding our bikes and it was super deflated. We stopped by the mc Donald's across the street there and was going to check if they can inflate our tires for us but we didn't know if it cost money. And so we asked if they could inflate our bikes and asked if it would cost any and the employee did it for free! We were super grateful and the guy who inflated it was super kind. I never got his name but he really made my day. (Posting this because other tire shops charged us before)

All the employees were very helpful. They addressed my tire issue quickly. I had to order tires but they got me in as soon as the tires came in. I appreciate the excellent customer service.

Scheduled an appointment ahead of time with car details for tire replacement and oil change. Waited an hour and a half only for them to tell me they didn’t have my tires because they didn’t know what I wanted. Communication sucks and customer service wasn’t there. Never going back.

If there is any way that I could give them 0 stars I would. I had such a horrible encounter today with a staff on this location, Sky. He was incredibly rude, he had so much attitude the moment I walked in the shop. I explained my situation because of previous services that I have gotten done. He was just very rude about the whole situation, he said that I should just leave then! He also walked out! I have never has such a horrific experience before in my life. He was very condescending in addition to the rudeness he had. He told me why did I wait a month to bring my car to the shop. I explained to him that every-time I was there, the manager Michael said they did not have enough mechanics to look at my car. I am incredibly disappointed, I will definitely not recommend anyone to go to this store. Absolutely horrific experience! Sky is a horrible representation of the brand. He needs to be trained on how to speak with customers. Something that is even terrifying is that Sky is training another employee, thats is just a shame. Sky needs the training more than anyone!

Manager Michael Villegas is extremely lacking in customer service skills. I’ve been taking my vehicles here for service for the last 6 years and was always treated with respect and valued as a customer. It’s unfortunate that Michael is your business first point of contact. After asking some questions I was simply told that I should take my car somewhere else. I found him to be rude and condescending. If this is his attitude with other customers (and there are reviews indicating I’m not alone) I predict that you will lose customers. You have lost my business as long as he remains as your manager/employee. It’s a shame he demonstrated such a lack of respect for your customers.
As a follow, I did get a call the other day from the new manager, Giovanni, at Mountain View. He informed me that Michael is no longer there and asked if I would please give them another chance. I've been a customer there for years and never had any issues there, so they probably will get another chance from me. Thanks Giovanni for your initiative and reaching out to me!
