Israel (Izzy) and Garet installed our new washer/dryer, that we’ve been waiting a long time for and did a great job! If it wasn’t for Izzy noticing the terrible smell coming out of our vents due to our old washing machine we’d still be waiting for a new unit. He noticed it right away and put in the order to get ours replaced ASAP. They worked fast and clean and even made friends with our puppers. Thank you guys! Doing laundry now is just better!

I had few things needing maintenance, repair, and replacement, Isreal (Izzy) promptly came by shortly after I'd submitted a work request, he assessed the issues, and got to work right away. When done he explained what was repaired, described a temporary fix on a nessesary replacement and said that he'd contact me once the replacement part came in to complete the work. I admired his professionalism and kindness during the whole process leaving me impressed with the service provided. Thank you Izzy!

When we initially moved in there were several maintenance issues that were finally resolved and in a reasonable time. Thank you Izzi and Garet for the great customer service and always with a smile! If you are considering a move, I would highly recommend this community with all the amenities and leasing office hospitality with Sam, Miriam and Jessica. And it's just minutes from Old Town, the Outlets, the coast and the Ventura Harbor Marina!

Joey Rodriguez has repaired several items in my apartment and he has always done a great job- he even went out of his way to make sure that some repairs to my kitchen were scheduled while I was out of town. This is the best maintenance service I've ever had at an apartment complex!!
