I went in wanting a specific shoe and while it wasn't available, Frank assisted me and located them at another store. Apparently they are being discontinued and he found them at a fantastic price and is having them shipped to me directly. I bought 3 pair! Mad props to Frank!

One of the store managers (Luly) was such a great help! She shipped some boots to my house because they didn't have them in stock. We bought 7 pairs of Merrells because of her amazing personality and customer service! If the regional managers are paying attention, please give her a raise!

I got these shoes from Merrell. I only wore these shoes a few times, the inside is peeling which rubs on my foot. They use cheap glue probably cheap labor to mass produce this Trail Glove shoes. I’ve had older models before and the quality has significantly gone down. When I called they said there's nothing they can do about this defect. Low quality cheap labor.

Good selection of shoes and the zip up sweat shirts were affordable. The staff was nice and accommodating. Good location. Not to busy. I recommend this spot :).
