My wife was told yesterday to come pick up a wheel chair today. She made the hour long drive today and arrived during the advertised business hours. When she got there the place was closed. No note on door. Nothing. This is around noon. She waited there for close to an hour. Nothing. Now mother in law has to suffer longer than she needs due to no wheelchair. And we still have to make drive again. If you are going to be closed, don't ask us to drive up there and at least have the decency to put up a sign why you are closed.

My surgeon suggested I rent an adjustable hospital bed or recliner chair for the first month of my recovery. I went with an electric hospital bed from Merlin's. From start to finish it was such an easy process! Great customer service both in the store and with the delivery guys. So professsional and knowledgeable. We're lucky to have this quality medical supply store in our community! Oh - and they give you a ONE HOUR WINDOW for delivery and pick up and they were exactly on time for both! No waiting an entire half day as is usual with deliveries. Great experience - I will be recommending Merlin Medical Supply to others!!

Merlin Medical is the BEST Jack was able to fix my electric wheelchair after it broke on vacation and was able to fix my wheelchair at a minimal cost without a lot of wait time when no one else could. Jack's guidance, expertise, and knowledge were tremendously helpful I don't know what I would have without Jack and the staff at Merlin Medical Supply I highly recommend Merlin Medical Supply.

We bought a shoe horn. It proved to be unusable for us. We tried to return in good condition with the tags still on it.We were told, "We don't take returns."A little cold, don't you think? They obviously don't need our business. We will not shop there.

If I could give 0 I would. Every time I have gone in here for medical supplies there is a problem. Customer service doesn’t exist here.

Arlene was wonderful! She was very patient courteous and knowledgeable helping me with my Grandma's walker purchase. Grandma as we were walking out the store said, "What a very nice lady!". I'll be honest my Grandma is very hard to please LOL!

I went to Merlin Medical supply store today. They had received my fax from my doctors office and they told me that they would not approve my equipment because I previously had a work comp case for the same thing, and I told them that's not true. I said I never had a Worker's Comp. with anyone. I told her that my insurance company would cover it and she told me no they won't and to leave their store. No explanation, just to leave! How unprofessional! I asked to speak to the manager and in a high tone she said "I am the manager" and she told me to leave her store! I'm a senior! She told a senior to leave!

Today I purchased a "lift" chair/recliner for my husband who was coming home from the hospital. Jack moved mountains to get the chair to my house same day! Jack and Steve were so kind and efficient and professional!! I love their idea of true customer service!! Thanks guys!!

This place is amazing. They were so professional and really helpful when I was in need. My mother was going to be released from the hospital without telling me any notice and I was extremely scared. I called and spoke with Mary and she was so helpful in getting me a hospital bed for a good price the next day!!! She even helped me get it reimbursed through my insurance! Isaac and Jack were so professional when setting up the bed and showed me how it worked. I’m very impressed with the awesome customer service they provided!!!!

Absolutely amazing! They have always helped with all our medical supplies, needs, as well as advice. Recently we needed an item suddenly with short notice and Merlin's, specifically Mary Kruse, not only had what we needed but made it happen much faster than anticipated. I saved money and received care and understanding only a local shop could give.Way to go Merlin's and Mary Kruse!
