I had the pleasure to work with the owner Jim and he deals with large commercial accounts. He gave me the royal treatment as a little guy only buying 5 windows. All the staff is friendly and he texted me with updates when windows arrived. Best part.... he beat all other quotes!! I'm going back to him for all for future doors and windows.

They don't sell to the public and do t do installations. I called to get a quote on installing a 30" wide exterior door on my home in Camarillo and was told this by whomever answered the phone. Apparently, they only work with contractors. They didn't really want to speak much further and didn't bother to refer a contractor.

Submitted a request for a dozen windows and doors. Two days later, I hadn't received a quote so I reached out. Sam Rodriguez mentioned that they won't be able to get me a quote that day and they no longer wish to do business with me. That they have "plenty of business".
