“We just had Rebath convert our horrible cheap fiberglass shower and tub into a gorgeous gigantic dual rain/sprayer shower, as well as install a nice new chair-height toilet. We interviewed multiple contractors and prices were fairly uniform across the board, but Re-Bath uses superior fixtures and materials that met our needs (I refuse to clean tile and grout). They utilize very high-end acrylic panels and they fabricated our shower on site. The result was beautiful. We'll post photos as soon as our glass panels are installed, these are custom-tailored for each project and a dedicated specialist fabricates the glass enclosure. Our salesperson Dustin was patient, honest and extremely helpful, communication was excellent and he was completely transparent regarding the process. Our installers Tyler and Colton were amazing! They were extremely professional and remarkably skilled. They worked tirelessly and the entire job (which was huge) was completed in 3 days! We are extremely pleased with our new bathroom. It is both elegant and practical. We recommend Pacific Coast Rebath without reservation.”

“Fortunately we found this place after doing a Google search while looking for a countertop slab for our kitchen that was just starting to be remodeled. We always love to shop local when we can and Pacific Shore Stones in Oxnard had MANY choices of all sorts of slab materials and designs, including the quartz/quartzite that we wanted. We met Mauricio on our first visit (the store manager?) and we went back at least 4-5 times to make a final decision and even though we thought he might get tired of seeing us, he couldn't have been more patient and helpful every time and made the process so easy! And it really helped that he knew our fabricator so it was easy to have the two slabs delivered to the San Fernando Valley! Our countertop was installed last week and it's GORGEOUS! Be sure to check this place out if you need any kind of countertop slab! I will post a photo once the backsplash is completed. :-)”

“Best Buy-Pacific SalesNeeded to buy a new refrigerator did my research on PC and went to Lowes. They did not have any product advisors assigned to their appliance department so I left. Next stop Best Buy/Pacific Sales, was only in appliance department about 5 minutes when Anthony Vaccaro came over and asked if he could assist me. I had a list of questions which he answered quickly and we started to look at several models and discussed pros and cons of each model. Anthony used his smart phone to check information on specs and other questions I had. I picked the model I wanted and we quickly did the paper work.Anthony was very knowledgeable in product information and seemed truly concerned I picked the model that would satisfy my needs. It's been years since I dealt with a product advisor that was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Unit was delivered on time and unfortunately there were some factory defects that showed up as I began to test the control panel and other features. Next day I emailed Anthony a list of problems with the unit and asked if they could be fixed. Anthony and the manager reviewed my list and decided on their own it would be better to replace my unit, this all took place in less than an hour. This company has proven they are truly interested in customer satisfaction.Needless to say, my future appliance needs will be purchased at Best Buy/Pacific Sales a company that has gained my trust.Al B041721”

“We had previously purchased a new refrigerator from WDC Oxnard in Nov. 2021 as neither Home Depot nor Lowe’s could deliver one to us next day. WDC had what we wanted in stock and delivered next day as requested. In December 2023, we decided to replace our oven, microwave, and dishwasher and went right over to WDC where we were assisted by Abul who helped us find just what we were looking for. The new dishwasher developed an issue right after the install and needed to be replaced. We spoke with Chanell, the store manager, who immediately contacted the appropriate department, and another dishwasher was ordered and installed ASAP. We are very happy with our new appliances and truly appreciate the great customer service from Chanell, who handled the dishwasher issue to our satisfaction, with courtesy and professionalism.
