Great experience across the board. My sales person Ali was patient, informative, and kind. I felt very comfortable with zero pressure during the entire transaction. I lucked out big-time when I walked into KAY and had Ali as my sales person. Great job and I highly recommend to others.

Do Not go there! I warned you…Staff very very rude!I ordered online to be picked up at the store. I got Email notification that my item was ready for pick up and that I should go pick it up right away. Drove for about 45 minutes to pick up item just to find it that they shipped it out and when I asked why did they do that they said it’s not their problem, it’s a computer error from the corporate office and I should call the main store online to complain!Which i did and no one ever picked up the phone or returned my call!When I got to the store, I was standing there for 10 minutes until somebody acknowledge that I was at the store and I will get somebody to help me, and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for one of the staff to come. Just to Tell me that my box was shipped out because of the mistake they were very rude about it and very disrespectful to me and my daughter ! This is not the first time I ordered gold from this company but it will be the last time for sure!!!Just so you know, through the whole thing i was very polite and never disrespected anyone. And oh yah, by the way. My item arrived a week late which ruined the special occasion!Give yourself a favour and do not go there!!!

If you go, work with Julia. She was friendly, helpful, and in no way too "salesy." Her assistant manager Malina came in and totally changed the energy of our consultation. We found two rings we really liked, but wanted to go get lunch to think on the price. Julia, from the get go, made it clear that she wanted us to find something we liked and worked well for our budget. However Malina put on the sales tactics so much that by the time we walked out, we were so turned off by the experience.

Archie has an outstanding customer service! I wanted a bracelet for my son’s birthday that I found online and it wasn’t available in the store, however, he went of his way to check and called another location to see if it’s in stock. He ordered my item and got it shipped in two days. Upon picking my item two days later, another associate helped me, however, I noticed a few minor scratches on the bracelet and all she said,” Well, you got it from up north and if he doesn’t like you can return it”. She didn’t even bother to wipe the bracelet or try to do something about the scratches. I had to ask her if she can at least make it presentable but of course she wiped it down. I wasn’t satisfied with her customer service so I waited for Archie to come back. Explained to him the situation, he immediately took care of the scratches on the bracelet, and made it looking brand new! If he couldn’t get the scratches off he would order me another one. As a result, the bracelet looked good and new! Archie went above and beyond to help me and ensure I left happy! You need more people like him! Thank you, Archie! 100%

Kay Outlet in Camarillo is horrible. They sold me a ring that they did not have. They called me a week later saying that I should have immediately had an email (which I didn’t). After arguing with Archie, he looked and found me a smaller ring than the one I had originally ordered. He did not try to work with me and kept referring to his mistake as “confusion” which was not the case. Archie is super unprofessional and takes no accountability for HIS mistakes. Do not support this company.

I usually shop online but going there in person was so fun! They have beautiful pieces and amazing prices. This is the perfect place to do gift shopping. The woman who helped me (the one with the lash extensions and a daughter) was SO kind and fun and took me around to see every single piece i wanted to. I had a great time and will 1000% be back especially to find beautiful gemstone pieces!

These five stars are only for the representative Archie. He was the best! My boyfriend and I entered this store. The person in the entrance did not greet us, he had an unfriendly look. We passed by two other sales representatives and not one looked up to assist us. Archie came running out from the back when he saw us. My boyfriend was going to make an expensive purchase. Archie knew exactly how to guide us. His expertise, professionalism and friendly personality made the purchase worth while. During our interaction with Archie we noticed the rest of the staff had very serious attitudes and nobody was smiling. It was depressing. Archie is the shining star for sure! There would have been no purchase if Archie was not present.

Took my Burberry watch in for battery replacement, and instead of simply stating they are not equipped to work on Swiss watches, they attempted to do so and caused the three small hands of the chronograph to come undone. The employee then said he didn't know why that happened, but that he was not responsible because he did not work on the front of the watch. Instead of simply taking responsibility for what had happened, the employee repeatedly denied having caused the problem and was very dismissive. He offered a refund, on the condition that he would open up the watch again and remove the new battery - unbelievable. Knowing the young man might break or knock loose something else, I left the store without getting refunded. I later paid a smart repair shop another $30 to replace the chronograph hands and check for other damages. Do not take your watch to this shop, and frankly based on the employee's attitude, I wouldn't take any jewelry to them for repairs either. If I could give zero stars I would.
