After waiting for over two hours to talk to a representative they talked over me and were very rude. I was calling to find out why they weren't filling a prescription. Turns out the whole hold up was the they wanted to give me a 20mg instead of two 10mg. They are the ones that changed it to two 10mg. I've been waiting weeks to get this filled. I won't even start on them not being open on the weekend!!

I wish I could give zero stars. Worse pharmacy I have ever been too. Workers couldn’t be more rude and less helpful. For a second I thought I was on a game show being punked with how horrible the workers are here. Will never be going back.

Absolutely terrible service. My girlfriend and I walk in to pick up a prescription to a completely empty pharmacy. With the exception of two pharmacy technicians who are gossiping about something. I say gossiping because they are speaking pretty loud. We wait in front for about 5 minutes with no acknowledgement until I go to the counter and say hello at which they respond we'll be right with you. Then our prescription was supposed to be ready at 930am, we arrived at 1035am, and it still was not ready. No apology for the inconvenience simply it'll be ready in 10 min. With such a small pharmacy I would expect at minimum decent customer service.

Pharmacist is awkward and makes going over medications uncomfortable. Staff is really nice and seems to know how to do their job. One star for the creepy security guard who always looks at women's breasts as they come in.

The Pharmacy is like night and day since earlier this year. I specifically want to recognize Patsy who is every employer's dream employee. She's caring ,compassionate, courteous and knows her job. Adriana is a breath of fresh air too. Hours have improved, now open until 6PM ,and they are no longer closed at lunch. Thank you KAISER also for being so compassionate when I returned the prescriptions of my husband Ray who died this past September. Keep up the great work. And Patsy, please give her raise! Susie K

Amazing staff, they’re so sweet and care about our family. We always catch up whenever I go inside. Love them!

Why is it they respond to the five star reviews but do not address any of the lesser reviews with questions or complaints about hours etc.? That is a sign of a management issue.

My doctor's receptionist couldn't get hold of them for nearly 40 min to call in a prescription after 2 pm! They must have been busy after lunch, but still unacceptable.

worst pharmacy I've ever ad the misfortune to deal with....on hold forever....very very limited hours...employees seem overworked and fed up, working people are incredibly inconvenienced by the hours and the amount of time on "hold" for a simple refill...I'd imagine it's not just this location..but ALL locations.

Not up to Kaiser standards. Under staffed, on the other side of town from the Kaiser Medical Office (why??) Bad hours, too small.... Doctor will say the new prescription will be filled and WAITING for you when you arrive, but the pharmacy says "Oh, no, that's not how it works." So, instead of saving you time, you must drive across town then wait as your prescription won't be ready like the Doctor tells you it will and should be. Pharmacy blames the Doctor! (who has the balls to do that?) And, as mentioned in another post, they completely close for "lunch" and are not open on weekends. How is this helpful to any Kaiser member? How much would it cost to move the pharmacy to the same shopping center as the Medical Office Building. How much would it cost to hire one or two extra workers to cover lunch (when most working people want to actually use the pharmacy) and WHY hasn't this happened? Who cares if there aren't a lot of Kaiser members in Camarillo. Kaiser makes billions of dollars, time to step it up in Camarillo! It's so SMALL, that they can just add it into the existing Medical Office building in the corner like the lab and make it actually useful and convenient for members. Worse set up I've ever seen with any Kaiser (Northern or Southern Calif.) Absolutely not up to Kaiser standards which are normally excellent. Workers are nice enough but the patients needs are at the bottom of the priority list.
