I would give zero star if I can. The far worst customer service ever. When I bought a pair of shoes, it didn't have a tag or anything. My daughter put her feet to check the size. Nope didn't work so I went back within 45 days for return, they said I don't have the tag and it looks like used hence can't accept the return. I sent an email to Janie and Jack website, same kind of response. The way they address issue is unprofessional and unacceptable. Although I love my Woodland Hills Janie and Jack, this place is horror. Just don't go.

Worst shopping experience I think I've ever encountered. Called to ask if we can exchange a gift that was purchased for my daughter's birthday from Janie Jack Outlet in SF that were too small for her and they told me that we could as long as it was still from the outlet store. We drove an hour to come exchnage the gift. I gave the clothing to the manager and asked her if they had the same outfit but in a larger size, she said she didn't know and that I could try to find it in the store. I went to look for a larger size to exchange for the item. Looked around for a while and came back and the store manager then told me unfortunately since we were past the 45 day exchange day, we could no longer exchange the item -- not sure why she was letting me waste my time looking for something else? Come to find out we were apparently at 48 days and had no clue of the date. After explaining to her that we live an hour away and had just received the gift for her birthday, her response was "it's past 45 days" and explained she was the manager. In a time right now when businesses are struggling --and this store was empty --other than the associates who were standing around, customer service should really be made a priority. My intentions were to ensure the money went back into the store, which is why we wanted to exchange the item for a larger size. Customer service was awful, very rude and unprofessional. Now I know why they are all going out of business. They need better training for management and staff to keep their clientele, especially with a fincial climate like today.

I gave this a five star because of Rosa who works there. I had a baby shower to and came in here twice to find something. If it wasn't for her answering all of my questions and being so nice I don't think I would have bought from there. She should teach other employees how to be kind and show customer service when anyone walks in. I want to say thank you to Rosa of you are reading this for your professionalism and just being a nice human being! Thanks Again! The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star is because she was the only I experienced being sooo kind.

Can you imagine ? A store full of upscale baby clothes , and okay prices . Buuuut your sales girl is a total b- . Good luck I would not buy your crap if you were standing on the 101 handing your clothes out for free. Good luck

We shop for our 9 month old here any chance we get. Clothes are of great quality. It can be a bit expensive but totally worth the price.
