I just installed my solar panel with J&K. They were prompt and efficient, and very kind as always, helping me with additional small issues. They go the extra mile. The work was done yesterday afternoon and my solar panel is just starting to charge my batteries -- with very little sun today -- I already noticed that the voltage has remained steady, even when I'm using my printer that consumes a lot of energy. Jerry was right on when saying that we should not overcharge the batteries. I will be watching my batteries in the next coming days; their voltage will probably go higher as more sun will keep charging them. I always learn something when I visit J&K. So far so "great". Thank you team. I feel secure as I know that I can rely on that team if any issue arises.

Great RV service! Highly recommend this company. Generator was shutting off after about a half hour of runtime and they were able to figure it out and fix it.

Didnt fix the issue on our Prius i brought in. Car wasnt ready in time. They didn’t do the repairs that I asked. And they are very hard to communicate with.

My second trip to J & K this month. We have a new to us Class A MH & wanted to get a few items taken care of that were either identified in our pre purchase inspection or that we wanted to add to the rig. From the very first conversation with Mike I felt that all aspects of both visits were handled very professionally & I was kept abreast of everything that was going on during both visits. I would definitely recommend J & K to anyone needing RV work accomplished!

They did a great job fixing my bedroom slide on our DynaMax DX3. They also installed safe-T-steering stabilizer. Great communication from Olivia and Mike. I would use them again.

J&K Automotive is an excellent operation. I went in Friday afternoon and told them my issue, and they said to drop it off Monday morning and you can have it back Monday afternoon. This was during the busy 4th of July week, when all the RV's hit the road. Mike the Operations Manager Went above and beyond to ensure the repair was complete to our satisfaction, and stayed in touch until I picked up our RV on Monday afternoon! Thanks, Mike 5 STARS! I and my grandkids appreciate you because we are hitting the road.
